Could it possibly that this guy is simply a wing nut who failed to make the cut at the police academy or perhaps couldn't even get into the police academy.

There are plenty of these guys around driving well used old police cars and buying police equipment on line so that they can look the part.

As of now this weirdo made no threats to anybody while at the airport.

One less weirdo on the streets... for now
