Man, few things break my heart and frustrate me like giant oil spills. I keep wondering why in such a lucrative industry, with advanced science, someone hasn't come up with a way to prevent or efficiently clean up oil spills. Can't they put in some type of lining in the ships, like a ballast or something that when a ship is struck, the lining would prevent a leak? Or perhaps oil eating microorganisms to eat the escaped oil? C'mon, all these advances in technology, but we are still primitive when it comes safely handling our own resources. BOO!!!!

This just finished off the crapness of today!

If I was responsible for such destruction I would be doing all I can to be preventing this oil to reaching the shores!
