I don't know if I would be able to arrest someone if they made me laugh like that.

Yep, I would have to drive this guy home, yea, his car would get towed (if he had one) but arrest? Obviously this is not a dangerous drunk.

ONE NIGHT ME AND MY BROTHER WERE HOME ON LEAVE TOGETHER AND WE HAD TO TAKE 3 BREATH TESTS AND ALL 3 CAME OUT A 0.00 WHAT WAS WEIRD IS THE OFFICER HAD WATCHED US BOTH DRINK A HALF A PARTY CUP OF JACK DANIELS NO.7 TENNESEE WHIDKEY WE WERE ALL SHOCKED
