Let me start by saying that I don't know if this applies anywhere other than Britain.

..a quick introduction: Most laws and taxes are actually against Common Law, and Common Law is still in effect and these unjust laws can be avoided if you understand the system. "John Smith" is a human being, but "Mr John Smith" as represented by his birth certificate is a PERSON - which is a 'legal fiction'. Only by admitting to being the PERSON "Mr John Smith" can any of these laws and taxes apply to you. As "John Smith" the human being, you are subject only to Common Law. Common Law is that one must not cause harm or loss to another human being. Any so-called law which does not merely protect against harm or loss is illegitimate. The legal person is only created with a birth certificate. Your birth certificate is your legal self and without it, the government have no jurasdiction over you other than to enforce Common Law.
