I think it is a little bit of both. I have no proof of anything, just my personal opinion.
Nobody spends $2 million in legal fees to hide an authentic birth certificate.
Obama is NOT eligible to be president.
Indonesia Only allows citizens to attend school
Thus for obama had to have become an Indonesia citizen.

The 1945 Indonesian constitution that was still in place when the president lived in Indonesia clearly stated that all citizens have the right to education. It never excluded none citizens
