Is there anyway to beam thoughts into your mind? What if yu can make ones brain waves oscillate at prewake/REM frequencies? Would it make you more suggestible to hypnosis?

Yep there is a device called a neurophone, it was a public device made in 70's, that transmitted into the mind going past your ears etc...

Probably today there are countless ways to do this for the government. Also you may find that alot at high level of secret societies, may also be able to be hypnotists, so there are many ways and means today.

Just research psychotronic weapons, they are called.

I got this from another ATS thread.

Patent 6470214: Projecting thoughts into your head.

Patented by DoD [Department of Defense; aka Pentagon]

What is claimed is:

1. A method of encoding an input audio signal a(t) to produce a double sideband output signal having a .omega..sub.c carrier frequency, which when transmitted to the head of a receiving subject, will by the radio frequency hearing effect induce a thermal-acoustic signal in the bone/tissue material of the head that replicates the input audio signal and is conducted by the bone/tissue structure of the head to the inner ear where it is demodulated by the normal processes of the cochlea and converted to nerve signals which are sent to the brain, thereby enabling intelligible speech to be perceived by the brain as any other nerve signal from the cochlea, the method comprising:

I have heard that there are patents for similar type devices, i think from earlier periods than 2005, but haven't bothered to research or confirm it as fact.

This is on an audio type interface.
Visual or other methods of communicating ideas/images might or might not yet exist as human technological devices.

This is where your Trillions of tax dollars go,
to find ways for uniformed military psychos to try to control &/or influence your mind(s).
