News report

The Tibetan Monks, whom the Chinese government just can't seem to even pretend to like, have been made to leave the quake zone.

These monks were among the very first to even help the victims of the quake and now they are being brushed aside and ignored.

Is China really that intimidated by peace-loving Buddhists???

These monks, not the 12000 soldiers China sent, could help in the aftermath the best because they didn't suffer from altitude sickness. Their aid wasn't mentioned in Chinese press/media and now they are forced away from the area and their monastaries.
What gives?

I like chinese culture , art, and people I hope someday they become more openminded in things of belief.
Even the communist party could benefit from a religious aproach to tourism health etc. They have very old tradition that are worth to be kept...
