I am no conspiracy theorist, but just because someone spouts a theory and signs it "Oxford University", or "NASA", for that matter, I am not going to nod and forget about it. Even the notoriously positivist Wikipedia doesn't deem it "solved".
Any new ideas about it?
BTW, this thing - supposedly a "weather pattern" - has been there, fixed, for at least 30 years, when it was first spotted.
