Considering the Chaos versus Control brings a quote to mind.

According to Maxwell Smart, our near discovery of this principle causes me to believe we "missed it by that much!"

Would this have anything to do with anti-matter?

Not really.

This finding, if true, would still involve normal matter. It would simply be the characteristics of this normal matter that would be altered by such a discovery.

Sorry.

Sometimes in an array a miss is as good as a hit , depending more on Mass rather than Velocity, and actually slower the better,, think fusion

That is true.

In fact, if you work in the proper offices at the Pentagon, a miss can still be turned into a hit. If you don't think so, just watch the press conference!

Iremember watching that day, and later on out of respect, i remember thinking, they can lob one into the Pentagon, then i guess were wounded.
I watched a women in red jump into the void, thinking,
Whenever justice cry it cried that day and still does,
Then they opened the books,
The gulible and blind where pushed out front,
but that was and is to be expected,
And know that the world does in deed hang in the balance,
It's your move

Sorry, Bob, but I wasn't really thinking about 9-11.

I was thinking more along the lines of reported bomb accuracy when we do, in fact, have "smart" bombs that occasionally go "dumb" on the way to the target. We have largely led the American people to think that every single bomb goes exactly where we want it. The problem with this mis-conception is that when a bomb lands off-target, and innocent people are harmed, if they, too, believe that every bomb is specifically guided with 100% accuracy, then their only conclusion would be that we intentionally bombed them, when it was really just another "miss."

Lies, even when created with "good" intentions, frequently cause evil effects.
