so the question could be asking... (forget that Above Top Secret is a website for a sec)

Where is above top secret?

This could mean..
1.) we need to find a place that is VERY secret.
2.) the name of a level of clearance that is above "top secret".
etc...

dunno... I'm just trying to inject new ideas into the populous to get the brain juices flowing again... we've all hit dead ends and we need to start "thinking outside the box" again.
