Adobe Systems Inc. resolved a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability and a number of memory corruption and buffer overflow flaws in its PDF applications Tuesday, as part of its quarterly patching cycle.[...]

Timing is everything. Major exploits were fixed in the last few days that were open for a long time. It has been over a month since the PDF file format exploit in question was cracked wide open, but theoretically almost 4 years to the cracker who got it right off the bat and kept the flaw to himself and possibly victims.

Interesting.

It would of been to my intellectual and possibly recreational gain if I knew of this exploit, of course, in controlled environments..... =)

Interesting to read this as you tube uses adobe flash and since Wednesday the standard you tube player no longer can be played on the Ps3 system, it now keeps saying that an upgrade is required in order to work.(the Ps3 can't be upgraded this way).
However you tube XL player works fine, its not as good but works
