What is this? It's not a Farpoint Station, is it?

I found an interesting thread about LOFAR, which is a low frequency antenna array to explore frequencies in the universe that haven't been explored too much yet. Here's the link to that thread:

I started browsing images of LOFAR at this link:

And there, I found some images that showed what I expected LOFAR to look like, such as this one:

But I also found an image that reminded me of something else, this one:

I'm a sci-fi fan and the shape of that reminded me of the first episode of Star Trek-The Next Generation called "Encounter at Farpoint".

Now for those of you who have never seen that episode, the "Farpoint station" had a similar circular shape and looks like this:

If you haven't seen it but want to, stop reading here because this is a spoiler warning. It turns out that the reason Farpoint base had that disc type shape, is that it was really a flying disc that had landed and people built stuff on top of it, here's what the flying disc looks like when it's not landed:

I think there are aliens in the universe but I'm still looking for any evidence they have visited Earth. I don't think this photo is evidence of that but I was hoping someone can confirm that by telling me more about this structure, is it a man-made structure and if so why was it built like that? If it was the same size as the center pivot irrigation equipment it would make more sense, but you can see the smaller irrigation circles within the circle so the size doesn't match those. I'm used to seeing center pivot irrigation as this photo from Kansas shows:



But those circles are all flat, not built up like the one in the LOFAR photo. I assume it has something to do with being in the Netherlands and if we're lucky maybe a Dutch ATS member will see this and know exactly what it is and tell me.

In the meantime, I thought it was a curious photo so I shared it, I'm not making any claims about it other than it just reminded me of "farpoint station".

Interesting photo. I would assume they just use shortened sprinkler equipment for the smaller central-pivot circles. Unless I'm missing something everything looks ordinary other than some questionable crop management.

So you've seen a big circular built-up section of land like that before, when you say it looks ordinary? It seems like an unusual structure to me, but it may not be unusual in the Netherlands, I don't know.

The center-pivot irrigation within it looks ordinary but I've never seen a big circular structure like that before. I also noticed that seems to be the only place they are using center pivot irrigation, as I don't see the irrigation circles in other farmland outside the big circle, there must be a reason for that too, but I don't know what it is.
