You obviously dont reside in America. This is the only way we are able to make a statement against our government. It's closely coming to the point that anyone that disagrees with ANYTHING the government says is being considered a terrorist. So we are to just conform because we have a social contract? no matter how much like animals they treat us? come live here for a few years, see how you like being treated like a slave with absolutely no say in anything.

You sir must be so far gone and brainwashed by government propaganda that you are calling people, who stick up for the constitution and not this corrupt system, the criminals....

Except, of course, that the 'sovereigns' are explicitly rejecting the Constitution and the social contract it establishes between the government and the governed.

If you are willing to swallow anything the FBI says about any group, or even any individual.

Once targeted by the FBI, they will stop at nothing to build a case against anyone.

If you are anti-government, pro constitution, or have been labeled a "subversive element" by the leading operatives in the federal government they can and will come after you, and even if you are completely within your rights and freedom of expression, they can still build a case against you, fabricated and verified evidence included.

Of course a few well designed preemptive leaks to the mainstream news media is all it takes to get it started.

In Sacramento, two sovereign citizens were convicted of running a fraudulent insurance scheme. Operating outside state insurance regulatory guidelines, the men set up their own company and sold “lifetime memberships” to customers, promising to pay any accident claims against their “members.” The company collected millions of dollars, but paid out very few claims.

can they catch any criminal committing any crime and call them part of the "sovereign citizen" movement???

what do these sacramanto-ans have to do with terrorism??

The truth is we are all sovereign and not slaves, no one owns us. They cannot pass laws to take away our constitutions, however, the constitution does not take away our instrinsic freedom, and we are born where we are born with no place to stake out, we simply are instrinsiclally free form birth.

Social obligation does not entitle abuse of authority in any way shape or form, and those who do not recognize authority cannot be criminalized or forced to do so, just because the rest of you think your opinions to enslave yourselves matter.

Most soveriegns do play with society structures out of a sense of good will, for they are not lone wolves, however they do not sign their rights away, nor do they have to move somewhere else, and no one has the right to expect otherwise from them.

The government does not acutally have the intrinsic right to make laws that limit your freedoms. People have the right to collectively group up and share for services and education can do this as well, there are many soveriengs who would volunteer all of their time in eco villages for example, seeing no need for banks and institutions. Being soverieng means knowing you are free, and not allowing anyone to shove you around as if you are a slave. In a country if everyone gravitated towards groups that operated in fashions that were agreed on by members, those who were very antisocial would quickly find they would loose out. Cooperation is always advancement, but not dicatorship standards, volunteering means gathering support from like minded people.

Voting once every 5 years for a king is not the same thing as everyone sharing leadership roles and being the one they've been waiting for. Nor does your joint lack of foresight force me into a role.

I have already written to my PM and told him he stood alone and that I renounced this system, doesnt mean I cannot pick and chose my issues, or my cooperation level, that is called volunteering. But I will perform a citizens arrest on any dictator that attempts to force me to be a slave.

You're quite right that I do not reside in the United States, but I am married to a Californian, went to college in Wisconsin and have family in New York, so I do have some connections.

It's amusing to me that you claim anyone in disagreement with the government is being called a terrorist. I saw lots of videos of Tea Party Movement protesters today and heard of no terrorism arrests. I've been to lots of anti-Iraq War rallies in America and never even been asked to see my passport. I interviewed a person claiming to be with the group that sent letters to all 50 governors in the United States around Easter threatening to remove them from office, and he hasn't had so much as a glare from a police officer.

I think you are going a bit overboard here. The Sovereign Citizens are in fact breaking laws, therefore they are criminals. As for FBI investigations as the other poster mentioned, go get em lads! You should be proud of your law enforcement that they are so focused on getting their man, having grown up in Canada I know the Mounties would be proud to be told such!

As for the media keying them into such criminals: Let me tell you mates, as a member of the so-called mainstream media, we pride ourselves in sending law enforcement in the direction of criminals. If it was because of journalists such as myself that got the ball rolling on this, more power to them. I sadly have to say it was not due to any of my reporting, my findings in the last two weeks in the United States on a fact-finding assignment have not been seen outside of my organization yet and were to give better context to our coverage of stories in the United States.

So unless MI5 (or 6 I'm not really sure who would have the interest there) has me bugged, it wasn't me. If they do however, I'd like to say cheers to them, and tell them to give me a job, preferably one where I get to drive an Aston Martin and play with laser watches and such

The term "Domestic Terrorism" was actually coined by homeland security.

This is to say that if you are in financial debt you are now a domestic terrorist.

This has been outlined along with NLE's with initatives highlighted by Homeland Security and FEMA which originally used the phrase domestic terrorist in their outline of objectives through the year.

First there will be a nuclear weapon a biological attack or dirty bomb. Along behind follow military quarantines. Then they will focus on domestic terrorism.

After so many days of quarantine domestic violence will occur and when it does begin to happen is when the Domestic Violence Crusade begins.

Yes, this is often thought out by those here. Along with possibly ww3 viral, and even invasion by china/russia. All in prelude to an event, coastal disaster, economic meltdown, and afterwards as well. They are trying to capitalize on a cosmic event that will be very hard on people.

The NLE coming in May last I checked was a mock disaster on the sunset strip along with possible attack on the hoover dam. Some time I believe in late summer they will actually begin to focus more on domestic terrorism. Just do a google image search for National Level Exercise.

I also hear this kind of thing quite a lot on ATS and other alternative sources. Usually there is some major WMD attack or disaster referenced that will be the catalyst for a major crackdown on the people.

I'm quite interested in uncovering plans for such actions myself, but honestly, I've looked very deeply and haven't found anything. In grad-school I was called the conspiracy nut for how much I went after these kind of stories, in the end I felt more like I was doing the journalism equal of that tv show Mythbusters.

It's all there.

I happened to hear about it from the original source Northern Command 6 years ago. They are preparing a nuclear strike to happen. When it happens the government elites will be escorted to underground bunkers and they have duplicated Norad many times and also have underground railways which means they can mobilize underground. Anyways their software will also allow them to track every government and military vehicle. Thus the healthcare overhaul. I think they want to tag the ambulances too.

Anyways they are all tagged. All accept the ambulances. Instead of having regular US troops they have built a military that is less skilled and less educated called Homaeland Security which from there branches off into FEMA and Citizens Corps which is the group I believe alongide Homeland Security that will take orders from government elites via GPS tracking.

If you doubt any of this then just go and look a t the citizens corps website and see what you can find about nuclear fallout.

Don't get me wrong here, I think you are absolutely right, to a point. The military in the United States has been training for all of the things you've said, nuclear terrorism, biologicals, dirty bombs all of it and more. There are plans for dealing with domestic terror cells and civil unrest. Hell, I've met some of the guys who's job it is to basically sit around and think up what-if scenarios for the government to prepare for and train against.

The underground bunkers and tracking systems are right on the money too. Government GPS is a lot more accurate than civilian, and their command/control structure has contingency plans for nuclear war among tons of other possible scenarios for continuance of government.

The place where I loose the theorists however is where the United States government pulls the trigger on their own people so to speak. If these kind of plans exist and are going into effect, hundreds if not thousands of people would know about it, and I haven't been able to find a single one with firsthand knowledge that is credible under review.

It's not the US that will pull the trigger. It would more likely be Iran. But what will happen is international forces on US soil and foreign interests. Homeland Security is for the most part un-american in so many ways.

In a nutshell the motive behind the 9/11 attacks was clearly to create a sense of panic in which to infiltrate the US.

yadda, yadda, yadda. Spoken like a true big time journalist, not.

I'm sure some in the media do partake in more than just manipulation & dissemination of the facts. That's why they have been targets of beheadings in the middle east.

Not sure what your point is of saying you're a front man for law enforcement incognito as a journalist. That just makes journalists targets of those who've been labeled as criminal whether deservedly so or not.

So the person calling the police to report a terrorist plot is a legitimate military target? If it was a street gang or a serial killer or crooked banker would you still say that we should be killed? I am under the impression that it is just because we screwed with someone you like that you now think we are legitimate targets. Get over yourself and think with your head.

See where do you get this crap from that sovereigns are "rejecting" the constitution?! Sovereigns do just the opposite and REJECT SOCIAL SECURITY which is the contract that holds all the people into slavery. A sovereign citizen must follow the constitution and the bill of rights and is allowed to be free and do whatever s/he wants as long as THEY ARE NOT INFRINGING UPON SOMEONE ELSE'S RIGHTS. Also not to mention the 1st amendment gives you a right to associate or not associate with any organization or (CORPORATION) you want and right now the UNITED STATES is corrupt as all get out and sovereigns are choosing not to associate with them and instead directly follow ONLY the constitution and bill of rights and living as a free people in the states of the Union located in the United States OF America.

Project Jimmy your probably the type of journalist that says we need to find "terrorists" in Iraq/Afghanistan so we can just get our country involved in another pointless war that is only going on to give a handful of people control. Meanwhile many young American lives are being lost to this bull# and you/the media don't do a damn thing to help the people instead you just spread government lies and propaganda.

Oh I so do wish I had quoted your initial post before you edited it, way to retcon your post to make yourself seem sane there mate!

In response to your current post however, I would point you in the direction of the various Journalism Codes Of Ethics, you'll find where I am coming from easily.

The Society of Professional Journalists puts out a general code of ethics that is followed by most of the English-speaking world, including the United States and United Kingdom.

www.spj.org...

In college, journalists are generally required to take ethics courses specifically pertaining to our field. At both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Marquette University I had to take courses regarding this. Marquette University, as host to the oldest journalism program at a Catholic university in the world, has their own very specific ethical code that students swear to.

I am just curious if you have ever been to the states and seen Homeland Security at the airports. If I had to guess I would say that most homeland security officers have had little education about many subjects but namely the US Constitution, it seems that they often come from lower income families. BTW I have never been overseas either, just wondering how different it is over there.

This domestic terrorism thing though, is aimed at people who are either in debt, behind on child support etc and labeling them as domestic terrorists. In other words debt is now terrorism. So everybodys a terrorist basically.
