And any photogarapher or someone good at gauging distance could easily tell these trails are at or below, maybe lower, than 10K feet.
Now, a powerful coalition of forces is quietly constellating around the idea of transforming the Earth's atmosphere by simulating volcanic eruptions to counter the warming effects of carbon pollution. Engineering the planet's climate system is attracting the attention of scientists, scientific societies, venture capitalists and conservative think tanks. Despite the enormity of what is being proposed — nothing less than taking control of Earth's climate system — the public has been almost entirely excluded from the planning.
The Royal Society defines geoengineering as "the deliberate large-scale manipulation of the planetary environment to counteract anthropogenic climate change" and divides methods into two types: carbon dioxide removal from the atmosphere, and solar radiation management aimed at reducing heat coming in or reflecting more of it out.....
..........Various schemes have been proposed, with the most promising being adaptation of high-flying aircraft fitted with extra tanks and nozzles to spray the chemicals. A fleet of 747s could do the job.
‘Geo-engineering’ is a term used to describe ‘technological efforts to stabilize the climate system by direct intervention in the energy balance of the earth’ (IPCC 2007b: 815).
A range of geo-engineering proposals have been put forward, including:
•the release of aerosols into the stratosphere to scatter incoming sunlight (Crutzen 2006)
•cloud seeding through the artificial generation of micro-meter sized seawater droplets (Bower et al. 2006)
•fertilisation of the ocean with iron and nitrogen to increase carbon sequestration (Buesseler & Boyd 2003)
•changes in land use to increase the albedo (reflectivity) of the earth’s surface (Hamwey 2005).
I'm terribly, terribly sorry to see this affliction of yours, Americanist, where you cannot put things in your own words and must rely on ill-informed Youtube cretins to speak for you. Have you read the forum rules?:

Paul Crutzen (2006) analyzes the idea of intentionally injecting sulfur into the stratosphere, to enhance the albedo of Earth, so as to slow the warming of the planet due to greenhouse gases. He notes that such an intervention might become necessary unless the world becomes more successful in limiting greenhouse gas emissions and/or if global warming should proceed faster than currently anticipated partly due to cleaning the lower atmosphere of sulfur pollution
Stratospheric aerosols. Aerosols in the stratosphere influence radiation fluxes by direct optical scattering and by re-radiation of incoming sunlight. It appears that anthropogenic sulfate aerosols in the lower atmosphere may currently decrease absorbed solar radiation by about 1 watt per square meter—enough to counter about one-third of the effect of increased greenhouse gases. Budyko ( 1977 ) was the first to suggest increasing the albedo of the planet by injecting sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere, mimicking the action of large volcanoes on the climate. Crutzen ( 2006 ) recently proposed that stratospheric aerosols could be used to replace the current cooling effect of anthropogenic aerosols, allowing a reduction of lower-atmosphere pollution without a corresponding cost in terms of unmasked climate warming. Several technologically straightforward options exist for injecting the required sulfate into the stratosphere at a trivial cost compared with other methods of climate modification (National Academy of Sciences, 1992). What lack of logic? If the Council on Foreign relations is actively talking about using this process, and they have been known in the past to have IMMENSE influence on world governments. Enough for me to make that 'logical' jump to there actually being implemented technology.
After all, they can't wait for the public debate on global warming to catch up... they gotta fix it now.
What lack of evidence? Our observations correlated with mainstream news and CFR documentation isn't enough?

it is well known that those with the power have been known to do "scientific testing" on, in, near and above the American citizenry before without ever disclosing the fact either beforehand or often afterward.
My theory is - GO BIG - see the bigger picture. Chemtrails are part of the greater cause - just a component. I reiterate, there are groups out there on a global scale that desire to reduce the planetary population.
