It`s funny you should say that.

The US may have just shifted some power to China via HARP.

Yeah, he said one thing and did another. He may have bashed capitalist in his speeches yet he supported capitalism and worked closely with capitalists to fund his war machine.

That’s because he was pragmatic enough to realize that he needed the capitalists to give him what he needed for his war machine. He realized he needed Krupp, I.G. Farben, Porsche, et al, wanted to realize a profit; otherwise they wouldn’t produce anything for him. Eventually he would have done away with them but he needed to compromise at the time.

Plus, which is on trial here: Hitler's economic plans or his human rights abuses?

Same thing. How many people were worked to death making munitions? How much gold was extracted from the teeth of murdered people to provide material for the Nazi war effort? How many people were converted to fertilizer to grow vegetables for the troops? You postulated a foolish distinction there.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Hitler surrounded himself from beginning to end with capitalists and showed no intention of doing anything to change that relationship. One of the key points of his rhetoric was the failures of communism, and did he not purge the socialists from the ranks of the SA?

Hitler came to power in 1933. The Holocaust, which you refer to, began with Kristallnacht in 1938. By this time the Germany economy was already on the rebound, as indicated by this graph:

Sorry for not clarifying my timeline.

EDIT: Part of the graph got chopped off. You can see it here. After 1937, with the rise of the Holocaust and the overblown war machine, the German economy was on the decline again.

.... Because he realized that HE NEEDED CAPITAL...also known as MONEY to continue to drive his war machine, but he hated Capitalism and there are many speeches given by him where he spoke against it and how it would be destroyed by them....

As for how he got rid of Comunists, and SOME SOcialists?... Because his NATIONAL SOCIALISM had some different goals than the goals of OTHER Socialists....
All forms of Socialists are against each other, and against everyone else...

Look at Stalin, and Lenin, they both wanted different goals for Communism, which is the next stage of Socialism, they all also hated Capitalism BUT THEY USED IT....

Without MONEY none of these Socialist systems would have survived...and the leaders realized this hence they USED CAPITALISTS....

While imprisoned, he wrote his autobiography Mein Kampf (seemingly less of an autobiography and more of a collection of his political views), which included blaming the Jews for all the problems of the world including democracy, capitalism and communism.

www.emagzin.com...

There are many differen types of Socialism, and they ALL despise one another because they have different goals....But in the end THEY ARE ALL SOCIALISTS.... From Hitler, to Stalin, Lenin, MAo,castro,Chavez and it seems that the current president is at the same level as these other dictators...

It is only beginning, but policies, programs, and laws are already implemented which are unConstitutional, and destroy many of the rights and Freedoms which are guaranteed to every American in the Constitution...

This "CHANGE" is only for the worse, and to continue to create, and expand another Socialist/Corporatist dictatorship....

In my previous post I mentioned that Anatoli Golitsyn was a close associate James Angleton... I didn't realize that he co-wrote New Lies for the Old! Yeah, I'm definitely going to treat that with a grain of salt. They even attempted to enlist William F. Buckley to help write it, but he declined. Buckley was an associate of E. Howard Hunt, the CIA agent involved in Watergate and also possibly a certain incident that took place in Dallas in 1963.

Other than Angleton, the CIA generally disregarded Golitsysn as a source of information, and some even suspected him as being a KGB infiltrator bent on spreading misinformation (Golitsyn even claimed that W. Avrell Harriman was a KGB agent!
) This view was backed up by another Soviet defector, Yuri Nosenko, who was favored in the eyes of the CIA.

KGB or CIA, I don't know who Golitsyn was working for, and perhaps he was crossing both for the hell of it. Either way, I'm not to take anything written by a grade-A spook like Angleton and a possible KGB/CIA double agent very seriously.

Actions speak louder than words. He may have used anti-capitalist sentiment to promote his agenda, but did he hate capitalism? I think not... it was just smooth rhetoric. He did absolutely nothing to dismantle capitalism whatsoever.

Blah, blah blah... this happens everytime there is a liberal in office. OMFG the sky is falling down communism in america whatarewegonnadowereallscrewed!!!!!!

I wonder if why Obama is such a socialist, why is he giving failed capitalist powers a lifeline through bail-outs and silly health care plans? It's not traditional capitalism, no, but it is capitalism never the less.

Don't worry, I imagine Obama will be gone in 2012, replaced by some Conservative clown who won't change a thing, but none of the Tea Partiers will bat an eye, no sir. American politics is only in an imaginary flux.
