Let's not be arrogant. There are plenty of countries who are satisfied with their government and would simply shake their heads at us.

All these countries, so impossibly in debt......begs a question

Knowing the right question to ask is as important as knowing the right answer..

Who are the Creditors?

The creditors are the banking cartels that own the Federal Reserve banks and IMF. Which is generally believed to be an Agent of the British crown. So ultimately the British Royal family are the creditors. But the debt is fake because nothing was ever loaned but paper. So it it really is a grand ponzi scheme that is finally coming unraveled however it is so big and so vast that it is taking a while for it completely unravel and there is still dupes coming in at the bottom of the pyramid just not enough anymore and soon there will be none.

My guess is they will try and reboot somehow like with the noise about these new IMF credits or what ever. But I doubt it will fly this time. The jig is up and the fiat system is in a death spiral as all fiat systems must do, it is mathematically built in. The sooner it crashes the better in my opinion!

That was a touching post if not sarcasm, and I'm trying to tell which it is.

I'm waiting too. There will come some issue where things will come to a head here in the states and that's what I'm personally waiting on, to see what will happen. Like if they continue to try to move on organized militias or implement gun bans, those kinds of issues will spark hell between the federal government and the states and private citizens. Or else if they keep dragging their feet with this then I wouldn't be surprised to see more people start getting in legitimately and starting to force out crooks and blow whistles and get some real change in there, since more and more of their constituents are increasingly waking up to their tactics and educating themselves as to how the system really works.

You didn't have a revolution during the Great Depression. Things were alot worse then.

Au contraire, there was considerable anarchic, communist and socialist activity in that era;
people were desperate, and California almost elected a socialist governor. Why do you think the reactionary government suddenly instituted progressive legislation all of a sudden? From Hoover to Roosevelt. Night and day. Progressive income tax, social security...it wasn't perfect but was revolutionary for the day.

COMMUNISM WON

U.S. Communist Party Sees Democrat Victory as Its Own
“The right-wing stranglehold on Congress has been broken,” declared Joelle Fishman, chair of the Communist Party USA’s (CPUSA) political action commission. “Electing the Democrats to control congress is a victory for communism.”

Fishman delivered her report to the committee as it discussed the results of the election. “With Democrats in charge the future of the Communist Party looks bright,” said CPUSA’s Executive Vice-chair Jarvis Tyner.

Fishman argued that the results of the election were a mandate to enact the near-term CPUSA agenda, which includes socialized medicine, tax increases, intensified regulations, and nationalization of selected businesses.

Fishman thanked the women’s equality movement and the African American and Latino communities, the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, environmentalists, and other public advocacy groups for helping bring America a step closer to the communist ideal. “The CPUSA emerges from this election in a key position to lead,” Fishman said. “The Democratic leadership in the House is in agreement with key elements of our near-term agenda. The long struggle to bring communism to America is nearer success than it’s ever been.”

Erica Smiley, National Coordinator of the Young Communist League, was bouyant, “The results of the 2006 election indicate a major turning point in our struggle to communize America.”

When you hear it in their own words, who can deny it?

This came from a satirical column from a right wing Arizona webzine. It's supposed to make you laugh; it's not real.

Why do so many people have difficulty with satire in our Country? So literal.

I'm tired of hearing about Obama being progressive or liberal; he's a republican through and through. This health care bill had to have been written by the Insurance Companies. Everything is corporate, corporate, corporate. We could use a healthy leftwing progressive...I miss Teddy Kennedy. Obama is just another republican in democratic clothing; before the absolute fanatical right wing of the Bush admin, (and Obama has kept some of those folks) he does seem to be left wing, but anyone would.
No, he passes as a conservative democrat but is more a republican than Herbert Hoover.

And most first world nations have health care for the citizens; we don't. We had a coup d'etat when Bush was shoved in office and we ever since have been living under a corporatecracy...as close to fascism as you can get. So stop already with the silly name calling ... Obama is no Kennedy.

thanks for all the replies guys!

I didn't know this thread was going to get so much attention, would of payed more attention.

I breezed through the thread, and i saw that it was a mixed bag of replies.

Just to note you all, this wasn't a prediction, but just some things lingering in the air that could cause peaceful/violent revolution (hopes for peaceful.)

America is yawning IMO, but will the beast wake up this time around? we have seen the beast, yawn and grunt, but this time around, will the current noise wake the beast?

time will tell.

There should be a revolutionary scale, like with earthquakes
