I would rather use html than that limited bbcode and I can't find where you activate in it in the profile settings.
I can't use nested images within the text paragraphs, since there's no align, hspace, or vspace parameters for the img tag in bbcode.
Its html always off?
Can I buy it to activate it?
What's up?

At the bottom there should be an option for turning off BBCode. Just under Use signature.
|
Turning off the BBcode doesn't turn on the HTML.
I want to use images that I can nest within paragraphs.
Here's an example of the html code I am talking about.
How do you turn the HTML on ????

 Actually, this is as good a time as any to test some new BBcode I
worked on a few weeks ago, and never released for public consumption. There are new modifications to the IMAGE BBcode using the standard img
declaration. The inline image to the right (hopefully) was declared using the new imgr BBcode tag. Yet the imgr tag I used is the first thing in my
post content.
There are new codes as follows
imgr = align right
imgl = align left
imgt = align top
imgb = align bottom
imgm = align middle
These should work in addition to the standard img for a little more flexibility in deciding where and how images appear in your posts.... and impress
your friends and loved ones.

This is very cool. Now if we could only control the image size. That would be my highest request.
|
 Sweet! Now this has been one I have wanted for sometime.
 Very nice SO!
ps) The new code is only used in the first tag. The second tag is the standard close /img.
|
If we used the new image code is the end code the same?
[imgr]Image Address[/imgr]
Edit: Zed just answered the question.

dbates,
You can resize the image by posting the dimensions within the bbcode tag as follows:
www.abovetopsecret.com...
Your just going to have to get out your calculator or play with it in a image editor so you get the right height to width ratio.
Like a 640x320 pixel image can become a 320x160 without looking distorted.
