Inflation is negative? While utlities continue to rise?

It depends what you wan to call "living standards" I suppose.

If you feel that strongly you should act accordingly, although you will most likely be wasting your time petitioning. Maybe you should go more along the lines of trying to create your own electricity. Could be expensive at first but produce good results in the long run. Bills usually always go up and not down lol, sad but true.

I wish more people would visit this thread, too. They really do have us between a rock & a hard place with nowhere to run.

Can I suggest editing your title to draw more attention to it? Maybe soemthing like: Utility Companies Have No Mercy
