I hope Israel does get it's A** Wiped.

A lot of old soldiers still in high positions have not forgotten the USS Liberty. Yes Israel is the only ME country to attack the US.

And a lot of people contend 911 was israel. it sure was as messy as there recent assasination.

They have dragged the US into Iraq and are now pushing for Iran. Why, Saddam and amadinejad both hated israel and 'threatened them'

Holy Jebus the big news...

14:42 Report: Iran says they`ll join `world nuclear club` within a month (Haaretz)

Please someone do a thread on this... This is UTTER IMPORTANT.

The headline seems to be utter BS...

Iran seems to want super nuclear soldiers by making their population eat nuclear radiated food.

"We do not intend to use the peaceful nuclear energy merely for generating electricity and energy, rather our next step would be expanding use of this technology for purposes other than energy and fuel production so that foodstuff, proteins and vegetables are preserved for a longer time and with a higher quality through radiation," Soltani said, according to Fars.

I believe this is part of Codex Alimentarius compliance. The USA also irradiates it's food.

Haaretz is an Israelli newspaper. and they are just stirring things up.

the true aggressor is Israel. They have deliberately been invading lebanons air space in violation of a UN directive.

www.un.org...

"These air violations come amid an already tense situation in Southern Lebanon and the region in general," his statement said. "He reiterates his call on Israel to cease these violations and for all parties to exercise restraint and respect fully the Blue Line, in order to avoid a further deterioration of the situation on the ground."

Buts that Israel. Violate airspace. Illegal occupation (violating international and UN law) non disclosure of nuclear weapons. not signing the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (unlike Iran, which has).

If pre-1967 borders were reestablished, then all ME muslim countries would accept peace in the area.

Israel needs to stop there C**P NOW. The world is had enough of there manipulations.

I think all sides are stirring it up... and the Establishment of all sides appear to me to gain from any/all rhetoric/and/or conflict with each other... but as always it is us humans caught in the middle that suffer..

Sorry to disappoint you but you are already eating irradiated food.

Same as us in Australia. Thats why your friut and vege last as long as they do.

Ever bought an apple that is crisp and juicy on the outside but is somehow brown close to the core? = not irradiated long enough.

It's irradiated and cold stored to get out to all those walmarts etc accross the country

Yes, I agree that if Israel can keep situation in their hands, and if attack only towards Lebanon and Syria can be limited from wider escalation - They will beat them.

But what is the concern here is Iranian aid to both, Syria and Lebanon - But Iran is soon surrounded by sanctions and forces, which are blaming Iranians from "nukes" - and that will only help Israel in this goal to block Iran out from its picture. USA is directly playing this wider situation to Israeli pockets.

After Russian announcement from "unacceptable" attack, there is no way that Iran would get directly attacked without fusing WW3. So they will not. Even SCO is now backing Iran, that doesnt mean that Israel is winners side anyway.

Now when "Iranian Threat" has made as "global problem", Israel will get free hands to deal with Syria and Lebanon in its borders, and there is nothing that Iran can do to prevent that from happening. Russia and China wont accept Iranian involvement to any outside provocations, and if they do that - they will loose SCO support, and that means Iran would be open for any attacks.

Only thing what can help Syria and Lebanon at this moment is Jordania and Turkey - or many another Arab nations, witch will soon offer their backing for them, but I see its very difficult to acchieve. I wonder if Syria or Lebanon would have that strategical weight and value in the eyes of Russia and China, that they would act strongly to defend also them...

Latest development with mass deportations and razing homes seems to show that all what is needed to fuse a war is already on its way, now we can just pray that Russia and China will take that move, and make their ultimatum behalf of these two nations - and Israel has to shut down its warmachine.

In road to damascus it has happen before - but would it hapen again, and we will get another year without great wars in ME?

Hasn't Ahmajinedad already pledged support for Syria and Lebanon if they are attacked by Israel?

If they were to strike Lebanon in "self defence" they might be able to provoke an Iranian attack.

Let us also remember there may be a Russian naval base in Syria.

Very few, if any, countries in the world would tolerate any nuclear attack. If it was the US, there would be worldwide condemnation.

If it was Israel... they would not dare initiate it. The worldwide reaction would be balistic. There would be too much manic reaction against any jews outside of israel. worse than the insecure feelings felt by muslims walking city streets around the world. Israel would not jepardise the safety of millions of jews in the diaspora.

en.rian.ru...

In an interview with ABC News television on Monday, President Dmitry Medvedev said that an Israeli strike at Iran could kick off a nuclear war in the Middle East, resulting in very sad effects. Some experts consider his remark another warning to Tehran, which is abusing the world community's patience, while others see in it a hint that the Islamic Republic already has its own nuclear weapons.

Until now, no one doubted that Iran does not possess nuclear arms. It therefore appears unbelievable to envision a scenario where Israel drops atomic bombs on a non-nuclear Iran. "If this happens, the Jewish state will become a pariah country," believes Fyodor Lukyanov, editor-in-chief of the Russia in Global Affairs magazine. "Why should it? So far, the issue concerns only plans to destroy Iranian nuclear facilities. Israel's use of nuclear arms is logical only as a retaliatory move. So, Medvedev's remark looks very strange."

I think Iran has get SCO support very recently, and like we have seen in news - new air defence missiles and radars are to be placed there at these moments.

But this backing from Russia and China will propably also make impossible to Iran to act or give any aid to anyone outside from its borders, and its moves are carefully monitored from all sides.

To save them self with aid from SCO - can it still offer quarantee to Syria and Lebanon? I think its just impossible, and Russia and China will not accept that.

You are watching to many movies and thinking with your emotions ..not your brain. In other words you got a public school/television education here.

You don't get super soldiers by this method. All you do is preserve food for longer periods of time. When you remove the radiation ...there is nothing left. What you don't want to do is contaminate the food with radioactive particles. I am not sure you know the difference. This method of preserving food does not leave contaminated particles in the food.

CanadianDream420

Just as Ron Paul said in his last speech... "Attacking someone for something they may do in the future is not what a country should base it's strategy on".

Grow up dude...get out of the beer halls. Israel is surrounded by nations who don't like her and many have vowed to destroy her. What do you think they are going to do?? Israel should wait until they are attacked each and every time..run to the UN while those politicians wage a political war and stall..and stall...and delay while the UN debates more and more.

spearhead,
Just as with many on these boards It is clear that you went to public school as well and got a television/movie education based primarily on emotional gratification and name calling. No problem.

Watch this.....from your post..textbook of the "Victim Dictum" "Underdog Dictum" made so popular by television and movies.

Oil, jews, oily jews and a few million crispy muslims is the only scenario to come of this.

Isreal is the aggressor in this whole charade and that's how it's been for a long time. Maybe if you'd left them high and dry in the first place you wouldn't have been scraping the towers off 3000 dead americans.
You can continue your 'war on terrorism' and rave on about the injustice your government does you, but at the end of the day someone cries war and your the first in there guns ablazing, bombs a-dropping, attrocity a-covering...

Remember something called the Yom Kippur War..in 1972?? Who was the aggressor?? Some of us have more than a television/movie education and don't dwell on our emotions to justify ourselves and our "Feelings."

In other words we are not drama queens.

Remember the 1967 war. The Arabs were getting ready to hit Israel then too. The difference being that in 1972 the Israelis got caught celebrating a holiday...they were mostly on vacation.
In 1967 when the Israelis detected that the Arabs were getting ready to hit them ...they hit first and caught most of the Arabs off guard in the first couple of days. It resulted in the Israeli's getting most of Jerusalem today.

The Arabs have attacked Israel five times since 1947/48. What on this earth are you thinking with your heavy investment in the "Victim Dictum."
It is they who have tried to Invade and take over the land called Israel today.

You can argue aggressor all you want spearhead...but there are no good guys in this ...and no "victims." They are all bad guys ..including us here in the states. And you folks down under are going to get dragged into it by non virtue of your nation being invaded by outsiders. Just like the UK. They are going to take over and infiltrate your government...just a they are trying to do here in the states in order to turn us into the very low standards of the rest of the world...while we carry the rest of the world on our breast. Our politicians really are that stupid today. They stupidly want to turn us into Englishmen or even Australians...or Canadians. Most of us are not interested in this.

If you are going to practice drama queen techniques...remember that some of us know some history.

Israel has the right to that land by the ancient laws of conquest. I do not believe for one minute that they are the Biblical Israel of Ancient times. No way to they meet any of the requirements to be the same as Ancient Israel. But by the Laws of Conquest...the victors get the spoils..they will have to fight to keep it.

as to this...

Maybe if you'd left them high and dry in the first place you wouldn't have been scraping the towers off 3000 dead americans.

It is going to happen again in due time. We mostly have Arthur Neville Chamberlain's in political office today. We don't have real leaders..but proxy leaders..front men..Just like most nations. Hack politicians.
We don't have leaders smart enough to prevent it anymore..but only leaders who can aid and abet this happening again.
Only then will Americans catch on to what our Politicians and the phony media who shill for them have done to us.

It is all fine and a good thing to want peace...but it is also a sad truth about human nature that one needs to be able to back up ones desire for peace. History is replete with this example.

Well..nonetheless..spearhead...leave the Drama Queen stuff at the door..it does not work with those of us who know and remember history.

Vitchilo,

Think about this...

Another important tidbit of information...
Russia's Pyotr Veliky missile cruiser to make port call in Syria
He's already there... probably because the Russians want to stop Israel from bombing Syria and/or start war in the region...

You might want to think about how easy it is with submarine warfare techniques and weapons....to take out a ship like this even though it is sitting in the harbor or tied up to a pier...if it becomes necessary.
You think the Israelis don't know where this ship is ...anywhere in the Med.?? And the Israelis have proven they can and will do this to friends as well as enemies. Think this through further.

As to the rest of the Drama Queens on this thread..I highly recommend that you study and learn of a political policy and dogma that Israel has called

The Sampson Option.

Look it up on the web and do some thinking before emoting and drama.
Remember what I am telling you ...Israel is surrounded by nations who dont like her and have vowed her demise. Think it through when you discover what the Sampson Option actually is.

Thanks,
Orangetom

Report: Syria arms Hezbollah with Scud missiles

Sometimes Israel says that Hezbollah is armed by Iran... - But now its a fact that "no, no, no" - Hezbollah is armed by Syria! WTF.

Syria's best friend is who? That's right Iran! If Syria is capable of accepting arms and ammunition from Iran where do you think it will ultimately go, to units stationed along the Syrian / Irak border? No, no, no, straight to Hezbollah in order to provoke and attack Israel. In January 2010 Ahmadinejad has already stated that Iran and Syria will create a new world order with Irael as their "arch foe". What more do you want.

It was discussed here at ATSwww.abovetopsecret.com...

What I mean was that sword has turn, you see? Before Israel accused arming of Hezbollah only Iran - and now its Syria, without a mention about Iran.

This is how it goes - there is no truth.

But what if the US finally has a President that figures the security of America, and American lives are his first prority.

And that the defense of a declared terrorist nation, that has carried out false flag attacks upon Americans, and brought a war down upon itself, is second priority ?

[edit on 13/4/2010 by Silver Shadow]

Ultimately you are right, our national interests and security comes first.

Meaning we will waste no crisis and there will always be a US presence and/or US proxy in the Middle East.

One fine example: Kuwait

People talk as if they will be stupid enough to launch the SCUD's one at a time. If they really want to make their presence felt, they will launch all of them at once. This way, they will overwhelm any missile defense that the Israeli's have and cause the maximum shock and terror all across Israel. Then they will be free to put their heads between their legs and kiss their butts goodbye.

Its highly unlikely that Hizbullah has very many of them.

It should be mentioned though, many of those Patriot batteries are operated by US troops. Back in October we had around 1000 US soldiers in Israel. Normally there is around 100. I shouldn't have to explain what would happen if they get hit.

Kuwait had nothing to do with America, except America happened to be just one of forty nine other UN nations involved in Desert Storm.

The fact that the military of fifty combined nations beat Iraq very badly in Gulf War One, even when it had a proper military.
But America went back into Iraq a second time for Gulf War Two, (backed only By Britain), and is being very badly beaten there, by just a few civilian insurgents.

Kuwait had nothing to do with America?

Who do you think requested the UN Security Council meeting? Who pushed the resolutions? Who built the coalition?
Kuwait and the United States.

We then launched Operation Desert Shield to protect Saudi Arabia.

We assembled the coalition after that. US troops accounted for over 70% of coalition forces.

Look at all of the US divisions. There only a few allied divisions in there.

Also where did you get 49 countries?
30 plus nations contributed forces. Most of those forces did not participate.

The ones that did were the UK: 45,000 troops
Saudi Arabia: 40,000 troops
Egypt: 30,000 troops
Syria: 20,000 troops
France: 10,000 troops
Pakistan: 10,000 troops

The US contributed over 540,000 troops.

Please go out and read some good history books or something.
Your comments about Iraqi freedom are just as bad.

You do know your home country took part in the 2003 invasion?

The Multi National forces in Iraq had troops from: UK, Australia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Denmark, South Korea, Japan, Poland, Georgia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and many others who had small contingents.

You do realize the insurgency in Iraq for the most part has been crushed?
All thats left are a few networks of terror cells that the Iraqis can handle on their own. They have over 280,000 troops, more than enough.

I'll put it another way, Iraq is more stable than Pakistan. Its as stable as Israel.

All US combat operations end in September and we begin withdrawal. The war is over, we won.
