Posting photos of myself????????

How do i do this sort of thing??? i have no idea. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

Rather than use my ATS upload space or clobber my website's bandwidth, I set up an account on PhotoBucket. It is free (but takes donations; I give a bit because I use it so much) and allows direct linking. The website makes uploading easy and even helps with URLs and BB code.
