Firstly, I don't understand where you got 'TAB' from.
Secondly, the number you gave (12212012) has no relation to any date in 2012, seeing as there is no 21st month.

I am aware that the American format is mm/dd/yyyy, however, as far as I am aware, for many hundreds, possibly thousands of years, the format used is dd/mm/yyyy, so it makes sense that any date codes would be in that format.

Let me help you if I may.

12 = the month of December

21 = the 21st day of the month

2012 is the year

The only difference is how the military would write it. It would be
21122012 meaning the 21st day of dec, 2012.

Nothing strange about this. It's always been like this as far as I can
remember at least.

thanks for taking the time to read the opening post. The possible format was defined as:

December 21 2012

secondly ....

I am aware that the American format is mm/dd/yyyy, however, as far as I am aware, for many hundreds, possibly thousands of years, the format used is dd/mm/yyyy, so it makes sense that any date codes would be in that format.

Sorry, you are wrong. From 1998 to 2009, I was active duty in the USAF, and the format I was ordered to use was:

21DEC2012

so the numbers were days
the month was the abreviation for the month
then the year.

I signed thousands of pages of paperwork and used either that format or DDMMYYYY

Eleven years experience to the contrary makes your claims false.

[edit] Abba (Αββα)
Mark 14:36

"Abba, Father," he said, "everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will."
Abba, an originally Aramaic form borrowed into Hebrew[20] (written Αββα in Greek, and 'abbā in Aramaic), is immediately followed by the Greek equivalent (Πατηρ) with no explicit mention of it being a translation. The phrase Abba, Father is repeated in Romans 8:15 and Galatians 4:6.

In Aramaic, it would be אבא. This word was also adopted into colloquial Hebrew.

Note, the name Barabbas is a Hellenization of the Aramaic Bar Abba (בר אבא), literally, "Son of the Father".

In Aramaic "TAB" is short for Tabitha.

FATHER TABITHA

hmmmmmm...

the rabbit hole goes deeper
kidding

The girl's name Tabitha \t(a)-bi-

tha\ is pronounced TAB-i-thah. It is of Aramaic origin, and its meaning is "gazelle". Biblical: the Aramaic name of Dorcas, a kindly woman noted for her good works, who was resurrected by Peter. Journalist Tabitha Soren.

Very humorous thread so far. How does the cipher handle the switch from Julian to Gregorian calenders? How does the cipher handle the situation that JC was probably born around 4AD?
