All our feelings are electromagnetic signals, however they come in many different frequencies. The eyes are a kind of focus point, where the brain (the frequency generator) can almost "beam" frequencies. Usually these are very very subtle, but sometimes, if they are artificial, they can be highly structured, almost like artificial or "white light" energy, as opposed to natural, warmer energies/frequencies.
