NASA is a arm of DOD. and I noticed DOD is not part of this report. Yet, Chemtrails are aboard U.S. Air Force Jets...? granted NASA and the Air Force work close enough together to say NASA is part of the Air Force.

This PDF is really dry.. intentionally or not it is...
and with any program the Government is envolved with you have to wonder if this is declassified... I wonder what the information that is classified contains. as you said the truth, the whole truth.

Thank you for pointing this out. People are being eliminated through Chemtrails.

Or is Chemtrails just the name of the booklet?

I found plenty of places online this booklet is referenced, how interesting.

What made the Air Force name this document Chemtrails?

It's a bunch of labs, including how to make silver iodide, and how it
forms sulfuric acid when it reacts with water, hence the section on acid rain.

It's a pretty advance chemistry course for pilots.
