Damn fine post Jean. I wanted to jump up and shout your damn right. I am a business owner who has had similar things stated by employees. They do not have a clue what it takes to run a business. So many things that have to be taken into consideration.

I want to commend you on not losing your cool with this guy. I got pissed halfway through but was compelled to continue. Your arguments are very well stated and dead on the money. I would like to buy you a drink sometime. Or better yet buy you dinner. I would really like to have an extended conversation with you.
