I dont want to repost all that stuff, got some harsh replies but as my title says its understandable to say the least. I bet 90% of the people I interact with on this site are America..so once again I dont hate you guys
You see you have to look at it slightly differently. You cant read the bible with any preconcieved ideas. You have to look at what it says, and if you believe its relevant today (which it always is to some extent) apply it to the world around you. It is dead simple.America is the richest nation that will EVER live on this planet. No one can argue that fact. People say China? LOL yeah sure. China will NEVER be as rich as America, and if they do make it it will take them another hundred years.
I know ALOT about pride (being a human being) and the wealth and power of the United States of America has created the most proud nation on the earth. That is TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE and NATURAL! I know I am singling out the States, but you just have to look at England, its power and wealth and what it is today. It is almost natural for a nation to lose its power over time so biblically or nonbiblically it is going to happen one day.
I know I have posted about this before. I know people must hate me and think im anti america etc, which is understandable. But I dont want to see America end or be destroyed. But guess what? Im not God. And in the end it is all about Gods will being done I am only a man.
I think that even though I believe America to be the End Times Babylon, if I was to know in a second..like get some massive information blast straight into my brain with the complete truth on how powerful america is, how it has influenced every part of the modern lifestyle and culture, all the info that no one knows and the raw truth id probably flip and have a heart attack.America truely has ruled the nations and still does. American has smashed nations, controlled nations..it IS the backbone of the economic heartbeat of the entire world.
So whats the deal here and whats the truth? Is it complex or dead simple to understand?? What is babylon and why does God destroy it in the end times? Babylon comes from the Tower of Babel. When you think of Babylon what do you think of? You should see a mixture of all the people from every "tribe" and "group" in the world working together. Its a totaly mix..out of many comes one nation. Now tell me one nation on this fair beautiful earth that is a total pure mix? Other than america. I cant think of any one nation that is built on every nation on earth coming together. Its all the knowledge, power of every tribe rolled into one nation, together. That fact alone should spell it out? Iraqi consists of Iraqis and only them. America consists of every nationality on the earth. There are so many things that point to America being babylon. I first read this stuff years ago, and I went through a SERIOUSLY hard time. I couldnt believe it, i hated the facts in front of me. But the truth is still the truth. Match up the prophecy and the nations and see who fits where.
Finally, whats the big deal anyway?? I dont get it. I mean sure its a big deal but what ive found is that it is not the atheists who are the major haters of this line of belief (which is believing in the word of god!) but the very "american christians." The same people who believe that nothing bad will happen to them, they will be raptured etc. But they will have to face the tribulation, during which time every nation on earth will be wiped out. Things will be recreated during the reign of Jesus. So its no as if America is alone in this.Everyone gets judged and nations too. The problem goes back to the PRIDE. You cant anger God and think he wont visit you. You cant mock God. Saying in your heart it will never happen just makes it harder when it does happen. You cant serve mammon and God. America is built on mammon.
