Governor Jan Brewer signed into law two bills March 5 that assert Arizona’s freedom from federal regulation when it comes to firearms.

Arizonans will no longer have to worry about federal regulations or about registering their firearms as long as it was manufactured in Arizona.

So part of this law makes it legal for citizen not convicted of a felony free to carry a concealed weapon...

No registration of any type is required...
no limits on mags capacity or the so call assault weapons

however this law does not include fully automatic machine guns or crew served weapons... nothing with a bore over one and a half inches...

I'm not sure if it drops the federal age requirements??? 18 to buy a long gun 21 to buy a handgun... before 1968 if a ten year old had cash in hand he could walk into a gun store and by himself a little .22

but there you have it... the first real break from federal regs
