Its just wrong not to tell you have herpes if your going to be physical with them. I'm usually against most stupid government laws, but this one is great!!

well in any relationship you should be wearing a condom untill you both have std checks to make sure your both clear. If your gonna have one night stands without protection then you have to be aware of the risks. It's called personal responsibility, no need for government involvement.
