Putin signs energy deals with Chavez on Venezuela

Nuclear power and a space agency...meh, looks like typical commerce to me.

I simply refuse to see Russia as an enemy at this point. Two great nations that had different political views, but were actually allies before their short stint as the USSR.

We need to invest more time and effort between the two nations in my opinion. The people of Russia are very much on the same page as us, its just our effin governments in both places are being asses.

As far as south america is concerned...one day, a very wise man will say out loud and with cameras rolling...why are they soo angry at America? and simply listen to them when they respond verses tune them out.
