Well, this proves at least one thing...

In America, no matter how off the wall bats--t insane you are, you will end up getting a thread in your honor on ATS

Now then...with that said, I am going to write a letter to all governors in the US and tell them as of monday they are fired, and they will be replaced with adult film stars to create peace, love, and thongs throughout the world. The new pornocracy will institute mandatory cheesy 70s disco music whenever politicians talk, and all politicians must have a 50% innuendo reference in their speeches.

I expect my thread to be up tomorrow by someone else and at least 8 pages of people talking seriously about me...ktksbie and schwing

Man, all the nut-jobs are coming out of the closet. I hope they TRY to enforce that lame threat. These folks need to be locked up. They probably don't have jobs, and sit around all day feeling persecuted. Thinking of ways to spend the day in hating something/someone. These are the same folks that rant on youtube with their faces covered. Hiding behind masks. Cowards. SHOW YOURSELF! Don't be so afraid. Try going to a poor Country and see just how amazingly well we have it here in the U.S. These people also probably think the NWO is coming.. Think about it, NO government wants to keep tabs on every single person. Its too costly, and tiresome. lol.

I think its admirable that at least someone sees how broken our system has become and is trying to actually do something about it.

The masks on Youtube don't help at all, I saw a story about one of them being busted by the FBI within 24 hours after posting threats.

Anyway I think you should at least look at the guardians website I mean wouldn't it be better in America if we did like they say here and 'Restore the People’s money and wealth from the banking institutions, war profiteers, and international loan sharks.' I don't know what your situation is but I bet your doing well financially if you don't feel like the system is broken. Have you lost a house yet? I have. Have you lost a job yet or had your hours at work cut yet? I have. Have you had to get extra jobs to pay your increasing bills yet? I have. To me, a lot of what these 'nutjobs' are saying, sounds pretty darn good.

quick question what makes these guys think they can run the country better instead of this shouldnt we try to elect better public officals, kick wall street out and try to re-build america?not being a jerk just asking a real question

Now that the supreme court ruled that corporations can spend any amount of money they want to elect an official in our government, It is almost guaranteed that the hand picked corporate front men will hold every office in the land in no time. The 'better officials' you hope to elect will never be able to compete with a corporately funded candidate. It's no longer the people that run the USA, now its the corporations. Big Pharma, Big Oil, wall street etc

My big concern here is that in one of the other threads about this topic someone said that its actually a govt plot to get a list of people who signed up and use it as a confession to treason so that they can do a big roundup and eliminate the fringe element of dissidents brewing in America. I half think that may be disinfo FROM an agent trying to discourage participation, however I wouldn't put it past the intelligence agents to set up a trap as sinister as this could potentially be.

I don't believe we could ever really fix our current problems through a non-violent coup. I believe, regretfully, that our only recourse is to take up arms and slay the entire aristocracy, overwhelm them with numbers and crush all means of control. Total war. the haves vs the have-nots.

Look up the word rhetorical please.

Here's a dictionary link if you need it.

Not gettin your point.

I am simply asking what Libertygal found about Clive Boustred that concerned her.

It would be important to clarify this information for all who are watching this situation unfold.

I see he has been involed in freedom issues before. I was hoping Libertygal could clarify what she found in her research of him that concerned her.

Really sorry if I missed what she was pointing out. I think there may be a few others who would appreciate this being clarified as well.

There is a lot of information to take in regarding this situation and I really appreciate hers and everyone elses research.

Assassinating or threatening to assassinate governors is a "legal" means to defend our freedom in your opinion? I never knew the Constitution had a loophole encouraging assassinations as a response to losing a fair election. Maybe you could give me the citation to that section of the document.

George Washington refused the role of king after the American Revolution because he didn't want to create a new role that could be abused by a small minority.

Now you, ironically, demand that we disregard about the election because you were hoping the case would be dismissed.

Text RedTextTextAs many of you know this was not news but the dream come true. You and I know because we were told. For the rest of you, relax. Don't go with the hype of the media. It is well thought out and no matter if it has a fatal flaw it will spawn the dialog that will eventually lead to a resolution in favor of "We the People"

Fear not. Relax. And simply, calmly recognize .."this IS the "PROCESS" at it's finest. THIS is the freedom machine going about keeping itself in line with the goals it set out with.

RELAX - as wonderfully emotionally stimulating it is safe, appropriate AND it is Encouraged that you immerse yourselves in your glory of being a sovereign people with a Declaration of Independence and a Constitution with a Bill of Rights to represent you. You are fortunate to live in one of the most civilized nations in the history of the world. You have the greatest pool of the finest minds in the history of man kind.

You and this country have a date with destiny. We are the leaders of the free world. But more, we are the leaders of a free people. Ourselves.

I was being somewhat sarcastic in my reply, of course I care, and of course I have looked into the names of those I could find. I have seen the articles about how Sam Kennedy is not that persons real name, and as far as I can tell Tim Turner uses his real name. There are many many people involved in this, and as I already stated I thanked you for bringing to light more information on another person involved.

I apologize if I came across as abrasive, please forgive that. I agree there are many people involved in this, but I reitterate, we have no clue, for the most part, who they are. We have an idea who *some* of them are, and they are unseemly, at best. Take that with a grain of salt, I guess.

Edit: You are assuming that I have a certain level of knowledge by saying things like "You have been shown nothing about anyone signing on. You have been told that, and you bought it." How do you know what I have been shown and what I have not? I do understand your point here though, the public only has secondary witness about those who have during the talkshoe broadcasts verbally claimed to sign, those who claim to be state coordinators who gathered the signatures, and those who have claimed to be a signer during the course of these threads. However, FBI investigating the multiple state coordinators and jurors, and the news articles discussing how the declarations contained multiple signatures, does give credence to the fact that they exist and did sign. Or is that also hearsay?

[edit on 3-4-2010 by Ionized]

You're right, I did make an assumption, and I apologize for that, but again, do understand as I address you personally, I also address my posts to all the readers. There has been a huge amount of information the last couple of days, and I did assume that people were reading and devouring as much of it as possible.

That is what I meant as in what people have been shown, and have not. On one hand, you have traceable factual evidence on the backgrounds of some of the indivuals involved, but by the same token, you have little to nothing except the media confirms the letters are bing recieved and the FBI is investigating several people.

Checks and balances.

The talk about the FBI is vague at best. They do not outlay a number, so again, this is largely based on assumption of what the word several consists of. Several can be 3 or more, and in different states. So lets go with 7. Heck 20.

That can be spread across a lot of states. I just think until more hard facts are given, people should be quite wary based on the info they *do* have.

It is very little at this point, but it is very important, nonetheless. IMO, I think what you do know for fact should be sending red flags all over the place, but that's just me. >.<

come on man...this is trying to be a serious conversation on the thread. please grow up and make grown up posts.. heres the deal then

This decree says Americans by god given right unanimously agreed that the earth is ours for our republic...the whole earth..meaning japan, guam, england, etc etc etc.

1) unanimously? I wasn't asked
2) I think some other countrys may have issue with Americans claiming their nation
3) God God God God...please show me when God came down to these people and told them this was cool for them to give false witness

its complete trash written by someone with far too much time.

Shall I go on? I shall...lets continue

4) It appears that 50 governors = the world according to this document...I need to break out a map..pretty sure something existed outside the US

5) "subscribe the following respective oath in the presence of the Almighty Creator in front of a duly appointed officer" So they have to retake their oath...but this time wait for God to actually show up?

ETC...yes, I read it. they want to roll back the clocks to pre-civil war era, repeal all laws and amendments post 1861, and get back our roots of independent slave owning states.

Well, since it initially said it was a unanimous decision by the people of the united states as given by the rights of God himself...then I disagree, I do not agree with this proclamation, therefore it is null and void...perhaps these people need to convince me to sign onto it.

and incidently, where is the list of everyone else in the states signing it...

its bullocks, it deserves only a chuckle and thats about it.

just because someone used words like "In the year of our lord twenty thousand and ten" verses The year 2010, does not make it legit.

My pornocracy statement has just as much relevance and legality as this tripe.

Well, I didn't want to add more clutter to the thread, but I had posted an article from a magazine about him that I think pretty well surmizes his appearance. It is just a few messages back.

Simply put, he has been labeled as an extremist, long before this ever took place.

He has a known history of filing "frivolous" lawsuits, and using his "rights" to harrass the government.

The one thing that is disturbing is he is not an American Citizen, and it seems as though he is here to make a buck, take for instance, his CopperCards bank. I would be quite interested in doing more research about him, which is why I was hesitant to post a reply as of yet.

Seems has has been sending letters like these a long time, and the picture he portrays is not a good one.

A lot of the mess on Googl;e is actually his own agrandizing, you have to look beyond that, and dig deeper, which I am trying to do.

Here is an example:

ON “The Restore America Plan” T.R.A.P
April 1, 2010 – 1:30 pm
Forward of this post by LB Bork
About the TRAP

As many of you may have heard, there have been many who are promoting a military coup through a thing called The Restore America Plan. The main promoter is one Sam Kennedy, and others are Tim Turner and what appears to be a behind the scenes Clive Boustred.

It was discerned long ago that the route these people have taken is, in a word, DUMB.

One should note that the acronym for this instant project is TRAP. The noted people involved have been questionable in my mind for some time now. All these people have been promoting everything under the sun that has been professed in the "patriot movement" the past ten years. Accordingly, both have been driven by kooky patriot theories and high-dollar schemes and seminars. The thing that is extremely odd is they break the norm and support each other, but yet do not work as a unit. There are only two ways to go with this : Operatives or Money.

As it appears, the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center are now having a heyday with this. One could have guessed this to come into play; the question is, how and why did it come into play. One should see that the answers are obvious.

Sam called us in early March to see if we would consider coming "on board" with the Restore America Plan. The letter below was our answer to Sam, and we hope you will read it to have better understanding of our positions. During the preparation time for this Plan, we did not want to present this letter to the patriot community to influence anyone in one way or another. Each has to make his own choice, based upon his personal beliefs. However, since the due date for presentation of this Plan, as announced by Sam, himself, was yesterday, March 29th, and since everything would be resolved by March 31st, again, according to Sam, we now feel it is incumbent upon us to release this letter.

Yesterday evening, we listened on RBN.COM to the John Stadtmiller "Intel Report" over which Sam, Ralph Winterrowd, John, and another fellow named Ron McDonald discussed the Restore America Plan. If these four people are an example of the "leaders" of the patriot community in this nation, then, this nation will never recover.

People should choose their leaders wisely. The leaders who choose themselves and impose their "leadership" upon the People are not the true leaders. Remember Plato’s Republic in which leadership is given to the man who does not seek or want it. Beware of those who covet leadership and claim to represent your best interests.

There is much, much more text on this at the website, including how the people were approached to join, and refused.

Again, a lengthy, but informative read.

Here is a website he was spamming with his Coppercards site. Worth a read.

This would have be the summation of it all:

Boustred, as a former South African soldier, is apparently Kennedy’s connection to “high-ranking members of the armed forces,” who helped him formulate his kooky “Restore America Plan.”

Maybe more as I can find it.

I'm sorry I just had to come back to give ya
the info. I can't believe I missed it before.

It's the Jewish Connection

According to that document each Gov got

guess who's name in the Military
was in those documents????

Norton A. Schwartz, a man occupying the office of Chief of Staff, United States Air Force, and all successors thereto

James T. Conway, a man occupying the office of Commandant of the Marine Corps, and all successors thereto

Robert Gates, a man doing business as United States Secretary of Defense, and all successors thereto Jane/John Doe, men and women occupying the offices of the United States armed forces and/or Department of Defense and to
all others to whom these orders must necessarily apply …

This is not people in our military wanting to restore
this nation, but a hostile takeover by Israel.
You better hope to he!! this thing doesn't go thru.
Come to think about it, 70% of Obama's Cabinet is

Dont believe me
do ur own research

I'll bet ya $100.00 this false flag is exactly what
the rift was about weeks ago when Netenayaho
visited Obama. This isn't about our freedom
but about Israel.

actions speak loader than words look at these actions by states

Although Fox News and CNN are not telling you about it, a growing number of states are declaring sovereignty. Washington, New Hampshire, Arizona, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, California, and Georgia have all introduced bills and resolutions declaring sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment. Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, and Illinois are considering such measures.

It is not so much economic decline and moral degradation pointing the way to a “disintegration,” but rather violations of the Tenth Amendment. The Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791, and restates the Constitution’s principle of Federalism by providing that powers not granted to the national government nor prohibited to the states are reserved to the states and to the people. It is based on an earlier provision of the Articles of Confederation: “Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.”

sounds like some states might sign that letter after all

edit to add only a majority of states need sign 26 i think

lol might work in the current environment

I am not fond of Israel's influence over the corporate government however your post makes no sense to me unless I am missing something.
