dont impede on someone else's right to think, say, believe in.

so no i dont think it should be banned. people are entitled to say what they want to say.

Are we finally going to be able to openly discuss the pros and cons of legalizing drugs and ending the war on drugs(which by default requires the legalizing of drugs)? Or will that still be Forbidden? Because it would be really nice if there weren't any forbidden topics on ATS anymore.

I would think banning a certain major subject, like religion for example, would go against what this place stands for. From what I have seen, most members like to stick there head into the religious forums anyway.

It's bad enough that some things are already forbidden on ATS, and the mere fact that we are forbidden from discussing them is a disgrace to the motto we all love so much. Why forbid discussion of religion? Many times my blood has boiled over a religious thread, Specifically over militant atheists who refuse to talk to me as an intellectual equal and attempt to equivocate me with a right-wing evangelical. And i have blown gaskets over christians quoting the bible as if it were solid indisputable truth from god.


But to outright forbid it ? No, this is not a prudent course of action for denying ignorance.

Your thread - your views on the subject. It all matters - everyone of us
has different opinions, that's what makes the world so crazy, and so great.

Think about if we all agreed on everything.

Three things:

1. Religious discussion should not be banned or prevented on the ATS.

2. A religious discussion and world view section should be added.

3. If religious discussion is banned, I will simply leave the ATS for good.

Religion sadly is at the heart of and a huge part of some of the biggest conspiracies out there!

Like drugs, religion is just a hard item to leave out of the most pertinent conspiracies driving world events.

Unfortunately people confuse spirituality for religion; the former is your personal relationship with the universe, while the latter is an institutionalized control mechanism.

Spirituality is likely a very good and important thing, religion on the other hand is not really, and is a huge part of the biggest conspiracies out there.

Sadly for the spiritually minded who define it through religion, we are likely fast approaching a day where religion is going to be banned everywhere as part of a conspiracy that is driving world events.

World War III is really going to be about eliminating all religions.

We may in fact be in the final years of when religion can be discussed, and discussing it and coming to terms with it, especially amongst the religious minded, might in fact be the only thing that can avert World War III!

In my humble opinion as painful and divisive as a topic as it can be, now more than ever we need to discuss the conspiratorial aspects of religion and religious manipulation.

This was not where I whas thinking of ! I just wanted to question why religion belonged on an above secret forum instead of below secret because in my own humble opinion it does not fit. that is all.

No religion...
...so now we couldn't discuss the Israeli-Palestinian conflict..religious origins.

...Can't discuss historical context of UFOs...ie Ezekiel, Elijah, Enoch...religion.

...there go the watchers and nephillim, raphiem, ...religion.

... no pyramids, no stone henge...possible religious ties.

... oh, no NWO in a prophetic sense, no anti-christ...religion.

... no Nazis...was almost a religion, Holocaust? gone...religion based.

.... no Masons, no Illuminati...worship Satan?...religion...gone.

... No Religion means no ATS.

Grow up and read what you want and leave the rest alone.

Please believe me if I say I was only asking this because I think it is not an above secret subject . I do not judge the religious. I dissagree.

Further more my thoughts were about the kind of threads on religion from religion and the never changing yes and no results. Not by any means did I mean this to deny our history and ongoing events.

Well the motto is Deny Ignorance so I don't see why people are still stumped on it. Religion as a whole should have been moved to the hoax section by now?

Pay attention to religious threads.

Argument about religion.

Blame religion.

Then complain about how much you dislike religious threads.
