MOSCOW — Russia's president has signed an order formally implementing U.N. Security Council-approved sanctions against North Korea.
The sanctions were passed in June by the Security Council, which includes Russia, after the country conducted a nuclear test. The sanctions are aimed
at pushing North Korea to give up its nuclear weapons program.
I wonder what good this will do.
Either way, North Koreans will continue to starve, live in misery and be raped, tortured and executed in concentration camps around the country. So
much for Democracy.
