Bodies of 21 babies have been discovered in plastic bags in a river in eastern China and authorities suspect they were dumped there by local hospitals, state media reported Tuesday.

WOW!! What is wrong with some people in this world. I don't understand how the parents of these dead infants would let there child be put in a bag and sent down a river and not put in a grave or cremated. Does anyone know why they would be allowed to do this at a hospital, or even consider this? It does say that the hospital staff that was involved is suspended but if I were one of the parents I would want alot more than a loss of a job.
