Has anyone heard us?

Life through an everchanging perspective, how are we ever supposed to understand? how can we focus on the very thing we are told to by others when we are the ones that are moving?where we are heading and why? who are the people we meet? what do they want? what do we want? hurtling through a vast lonely space for a lifetime or two. Where are we going to stop nobody knows.

We open our eyes only to find ourselves in a dream that we cannot awake from, although they try so deperately to stir us. Who are they and what do they want? Do we choose nothing or does absolutely nothing choose us? does nothing exist? where are we heading? and why? a speck of sand in an arabian desert yet we all know best, pollute, destroy, kill in the name of nothing. Continuously destroying everything we touch throughout what seems like an eternity yet we turn a blind eye. Where are we heading and why? Neighbourly love has a bitter tast in the name of greed, the tills are ringing yet everyone is poor, except them. Families torn between love and hate, countries teetering on the edge of their existence in the name of peace, whilst the queen moves along the board, who is the king? a tiny green carpet with miniscule pieces of matter cleaning up the countries wealth, surely it can't be? is that a child dying over there and there and there, where am I? why is it so? The paper lines our pockets and feels good for a short while and then its gone, where has it gone? is that fair? searching for a better place, struggling, hoping wishing, praying, for an answer
