What type of forum software does ats, bts use?

You know, instead of the usual layout we find, is this some sort of custom "tabled-icon" type forum?

Once upon a time (many years ago) ATS was powered by XMB, however I'm pretty sure the code barely resembles it these days. Its a rock solid forum platform, and it not phpBB which is just ugly.

Clever them, and wow XMB i remember when i used to use that, was quite good to be honest.
