UN chief says Israeli settlement activities illegal

UN Secretary General Ban Ki- moon said Israeli settlement activities are illegal and against the international law, stressing that they should come to an end.

In a speech at the opening session of the 22nd Arab Summit, the UN chief addressed that the significance of Jerusalem should be respected as a capital for both Israel and the future Palestinian state.

Firstly I am no fan of the democratic party, other than Kucinich, or before he sold out that is.

But it's interesting how all that you heard was "Palestine does not respect the state of israel and it's right to exist as a state.

And now when a Dem comes in power you are, at least now, hearing how Isreal is not respecting the palestinian's right to exist.
It's interesting to notice, I don't think it means so much while Obama funds Israel through the nose and AIPAC 360's that money back into U.S. through lobbying to retain a hold on america's sovereignty and... well right to exist and a sovereign nation!

You know it makes you wonder how much Aipac has control over the Department of Homeland Security. DHS said that those that show concern over America's sovereignty is a potential terroist. That only could mean that someone else would want to take control of it doesn' it?

Anyhow hopefully this continues and the people are drowning in news with reality injected into it.

one thing with Israel which is Funny,
its a signitary to UN laws

so when others threaten it aka Iran
they use the "we are a UN member state and so on, what gives Iran the right to threaten us"

yet

when they attacked leboen they attacked civilian infruntsructure, caused ecological damage by blowing up a oil refinery. used cluster bombs in dense areas and on civilians along with damage to other civilian infrontstructure.

they still build on ocupied land which is against the UN laws which states people cant build on land gained by war to extend their boarders, Israel continues to do this.

Israel doesnt give a hoot what the UN says
aslong as its in their favor they have the US/UK to watch their backs against any UN resolution thrown at it as they have the anti semetic card
