States have the power to make it difficult locally for the federal government and its employees and contractors and partner to operate.

I see much being discussed by citizens about individual seeking retribution and non compliance.

Our local governments have the power to tax federal employees income. In whatever inenous way that is allowed by your state Constitution.These taxes can be unusually high if intended and extremely targeted.

If you want state governments can decide what weapons federal law enforcement are regulated to carry. Here in Texas our bill of rights allow for the state to regulate the wearing of arms for public safety.
Our legislature can deems the irs or atf unsafe and prohibit the wearing of firearms in public , or we can prohibit certain firearms by these agencies.
I say anything above .22 caliber is to dangerous for public safety for federal agenda to use wile on duty for the federal leo responsibilities.

What if all contractors that had any contracts with the federal government were taxed 10% ontop of normal sales tax?

What if we passed open carry of long and short rifles for citizens.
Wile requiring federal agencies limited to .22 caliber semi automatic weapons?

How bout we bar federal regulations for state made firearms. Which means fully automatic weapons.

I believe that the purpose behind Obama's election to the Presidency is to force the break up of the U.S. into five or six regional "pieces" (sets of states) or the complete break up of the U.S. into 50 separate states.

It looks more and more like the US and the EU cannot BOTH continue intact into the future and the papacy is rooting for the continued existence of the EU rather than the U.S.

Secession is not violent. It is already being done by states. It is telling the government we will no longer comply with Federal Mandate. Your state has done it and so have many more. Why do you think the State National Guards have been conscripted in the Federal Military?

They know this cannot continue. The states have become puppets. Bowing to the master. I like your idea about taxing the federal employees. I think a 100% tax just ought to be enough. That would be a good start. Hell, it is a revenues stream. Maybe that before the secession.

Lawful secession is the last step, but it looks like it has to be done.

The federal gov thinks they can mandate anything now. 100 Trillion+ infunded liabilities.

I bet about a quarter of that is federal benefits and pensions.

Well, I am thinking that the Russian that said this was on the way is a pretty smart cookie.

Or, the solution can be the gov can tax us at a 90% effective taxation rate.

I do not understand why people that want socialist policies do not move to Massachusetts or California. I am sure those states would invite them. It seems both are going broke so they need some more revenue.

I have to keep saying it, if the fed would just back the frell off from mandates, but NO they know what is good for people.

What he is saying is the left/totalitarian right/anarchy scale. Not the new left/right paradigm that has been created.

Any and all controls or regulations creates the totalitarian state, whereas less regulations or controls brings you towards the anarchy state.

Now, a lot of people misconstrue the terminology. Not saying you are, but as you can see on this thread, many do.

You do not need to create regulation to control things like pollution or bad products. You use the basic tenet of a Libertarian society, that if someone harms another rights or infringes on those rights a punishment is given.

So say a company pollutes, that right there infringes on the rights of others.

All of the new forms of regulations do not actually protect us though. They stomp on competition so that free markets cannot work.

I in particular, get frustrated that people cannot see this, I am sure others do too.

One more preface of fact: there is no such thing as a “State of the Union” address. It was a goal of Roman Catholic socialist-communist, gun-grabbing Senator Edward Kennedy, the murderer of Mary Jo Kopechne—according to an acquaintance who was a personal friend of the now deceased coroner having performed Mary Jo’s autopsy. Socialized medicine with no private sector competition will not only deprive the aging White WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War baby-boomer generations of present coverage, but will tremendously reduce the ability of allopathic physicians to immediately redress emergency surgical situations. The medical crisis now in Canada, England and Germany—three historically White Protestant nations—will come to America. Your editor knows of at least three doctors that will cease to practice medicine if the Obamacare/Clintoncare/Kennedycare plan becomes law.

But the 2074-page Health Care Act—backed by the American Jesuit Conference—must fall on its face in light of one key provision: free health care to every Roman Catholic Latino alien invader now within the borders of the Empire. Any and every true American patriot holding office in both the federal House and Senate would—without flinching a muscle—vote “No” without having to read one more word of the damnable bill.
