Starting on Monday, March 15, 2010, NYC CAN will ask thousands of concerned citizens in New York and across the country to begin calling and faxing three city council members each day. All 51 council members will be contacted over the course of 17 business days.
Each morning, NYC CAN will send out an action alert with the contact info for three city council members’ offices. In our action alerts we will include a set of suggested talking points to use when you call or fax the council members.
Because this effort began on 3/15/10 we are already on Day 9 Please see below for Day 1, 2 & 3 recaps Fellow Advocates: Thank you to for keeping Building # What?! going full blast. Our numbers are high and the simplicity of our message is opening eyes.
Think about it this way: in two weeks the entire New York City Council and all of their staff will know that 1,100+ architects and engineers are calling for a new investigation into the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7. Almost all of them will have seen footage of WTC 7, and a vast majority, those capable of being honest with themselves, will know that office fires did not bring it down. That in itself is a remarkable accomplishment, but more importantly, we are creating the kind of awareness that leads to unforeseeable and uncontrollable developments.

Many in the 9/11 Truth Movement have openly stated that the sole purpose of another investigation is to have a political show trial with the stated aim of getting the "perps" thrown in jail, or, if you're a Kevin Barrett follower, getting them executed.
What Truthers don't understand is the process they would have to go through even to get to anyone to assess their claims as valid.
NYCCAN never has gotten that you can't just make phone calls and send faxes to city councilors who have no power, much less the funds and jurisdiction to authorize such an investigation. And NYCCAN thinks taxpayers are going to cough up funds?
Look at the quote above, "Almost all of them will have seen footage of WTC 7, and a vast majority, those capable of being honest with themselves, will know that office fires did not bring it down." So, just by looking at a video, city councilors will automatically accept NYCCAN's claims?
What we have seen to date is that anything that makes it as far as lawsuits like April Gallop's ultimately gets shot to pieces on pure logic. Such would be the case with NYCCAN's efforts, I'm 100% confident.
