Disturbing trend - Teachers 'traumatising' students.

So, I believe I may have come across several threads highlighting some other examples of this occurring in schools...
I was searching, however I seem to have lost track... so I shall post this rather interesting little article and if there is somewhere else it can go to be of use Mods please don't hesitate to let me know!

The reason this disturbs me a little is that it smacks of - shall we say New World Order style mind conditioning?
Perhaps a little Mass-mind experimentation/ population control tactics?
