Pretty strange movement on these lights. What do you think? Is the relative motion of the two lights due to the movement/zoomage of the camera or not? I seem to hear something being adjusted on the camera when the most notable motion occurs. Opinions?

www.youtube.com...

I was unable to find any reports from Vermont on MUFON matching this description and/or time period.

Almost certainly camera movement and zoom. The point sources look like they are both affixed to the same invisible object. I mean "invisible" in the sense that it's too dark to be seen at this exposure. I would guess that these are the navigation lights on the wings of a receding airplane.

All movement seen is camera movement and not object movement, how do I know, because when the objects changed axis there was no remark made.

My guess based upon what I see are two chinese lanterns in a calm sky, the facts that point to that are flickering centres (could be a star being twinkled by the atmosphere but I doubt it) and the fact that one starts to go out and lo and behold it starts to drop in height as a lantern would.

It could even be one star one lantern but anything more than that I very much doubt.

Always love the "OMG", some people watch Independence Day too much...
