Let's hope none of this comes to a revolution, but you raise a valid question in your OP regarding immigration reform. If the dems move on to trying to pass by subterfuge and/or bribery (same as they did with obamacare) some immigration bill that basically gives this country away to illegals, it will only fan the flames and they will in effect be asking for whatever happens after that.

And get it straight - once and for all - the left has its own share of "flame fanners" such as Keith Olbermann.

When you get your license...these are the rules you agree to abide by.

Again it only seems dumb due to your mental challenges . As I said I have no contract with the corporation so am not obligated to follow thier corporate statutes. Statutes are not laws they are corporate policy. However I doubt you will understand any of that considering your previous displays of mental capacity or lack thereof.

So let me get this straight. People like you pretend here that Fox News hosts are calling for armed revolution - and just because you pretend it's true, that's a big deal.

But on the other hand someone you agree with actually is recorded suggesting a form of government that EVERY poll would show a majority of Americans are against, and that's no big deal.

Wow... just wow. I've been following the conversation on this thread for a while now, and this has to be strangest retort I've seen on ATS in months.

You actually insult the other poster by calling them mentally challenged, then follow that up by saying that you are not obliged to follow State driving statutes because they are just "corporate policies"????? And you don't have a contract with the "corporation"????

Not sure where you got your law degree, but I know where mine came from and your just wrong as wrong can be. I mean flat-dead-level-absolutely Wrong.

But don't take my word for it. Try this little experiment:
Go to the center of your town tonight after the streets have cleared. Now drive up and down the main street at excess speeds and ignore all traffic lights or stop signs.

(Remember, in your mind, there is no one around and therefore you are not "oppressing" your neighbors, right? And, according to you, you don't have to follow the traffic statutes because they are only "corporate policies" right?)

Now, here's the fun part. When the police come and pull you over and haul you into jail, you can explain to them that they can't arrest you, because you're not under contract with the "corporation." ----Go ahead try it out!!!'

Just so we're clear: Driving is a privilege not a right... that's why everyday in this country thousands of people lose that privilege for disobeying the State LAWS - which are codified in the statutes.

That's where I come in and represent them to the courts against the DA's who prosecute them on behalf of the State. The courts then will adjudicate the sentences.

This entire process from the right to representation to the guarantees to face your accuser and against wrongful imprisonment or prosecution are all guaranteed by the Constitution, which is in fact the LAW of the land and is a "contract" we all agree to live under "in order to form a more perfect union."

Phew... glad we got that straight. Class dismissed.

There is no difference, whatsoever between the sensationalism of your post and that of the people you named. You are doing the exact same thing. If you can't see that, the bad guys win. You have been controlled and on top of that, you are ready to help them remove Free Speech from our society.

Glad you brought that up. There are a lot of private prisons around these days. I know because I have a family member that does drug testing at these facilities. And your exactly right, they get paid per prisoner. As you are probably aware, the government doesn't have a problem hiring private security firms to enforce the law. Like Blackwater after Hurricane Katrina. I won't even get into the gun grab that happened.

Anyway, do you not realize that the Justice System has grown into such a monster that it is self perpetuating? What would become of all the attorneys and federal agents, local law enforcement, judges if the war on drugs alone was stopped. The money would dry up and they would not be able to support the system. Herein lies the danger of big government. We have the highest prison population of most of the world and they still need more prisoners for the new private prisons being constructed.

About the big government issue. We all know how bad the debt is. However, the government can't see reducing its size and capital expenditures. No, they just pass an unconstitutional law that subverts 1/6 of the entire US economy. They take over banks, car companies, and forbid certain people from making too much money in bonuses! Why do you think the government has any right to determine what a free person makes from his labors. And I am not even talking about taxes. The BIG Government is a monster out of control. It needs more and more capital and there is no more for it to take. I can hardly wait to see what legislation they pass next to try and squeeze more money out of the businesses that we all need to provide for a living. The federal government can not continue in the way it is now. Come on, China is laughing at the US as we have diplomats grovel for money to sell their bonds to. It is going to collapse and what we see right now are the death throws of the US Government. It does not have the ability to even pay for legislation it has passed already and there is a lot more coming from this administration. The Big Government your so proud of has bankrupted Social Security, Medicare, Postal Service, etc and now you want these fools to take over the health system? How much damage is enough for you. We won't need a revolution because the government will fold and collapse on itself. States that follow the socialist templates like California are also bankrupt. The system is crashing. The revolution will actually be a rebuilding party the way they are going now. And the entitlement crowd are hopelessly delusional. I have heard on TV certain people claim Obama was going to make their house payments, grocery bills, car notes, etc. It isn't going to happen. Not when the country is not only teetering on collapse, but the BIG government is making it virtually impossible for the corporations and businesses to be competitive with countries like China or India. With all these entitlement legislation plans like health care the government will cause business and corporations to fold up their tent and move out across the border where they can be competitive.

And the police state will evolve to help grow the two industries the federal government can actually make a profit from, war and imprisonment. That is why your liberties are being taken away. You just can't see it coming for all the gifts the government is promising you. It is called misdirection! Keep thinking all this free stuff is coming when the nation is still in debt up to their eyeballs and there is no end in sight. The IRS just ordered a huge load of shiny new shotguns. Who do you think they feel they need to use those on? They plan to take and take until the US is reduced to a 3rd world country. The US citizens have too high a quality of life. Now that is Global Social Justice! And the change you will learn to believe in!
