[RINGS] New clue "where is ats?"

This account, which is probably SkepticOverlord, has "Manhattan" listed as location. I tried entering this and the usual locations (England, Wiltshire, etc) in deep.access, but nothing.

My instinct tells me that this clue isn't a conventional one, in that the answer won't plug into deep.access and return some cryptic riddle. Rather, I suspect it's just a pointer regarding the answer to the "now surrounded by the blue the Kilby-spawn" clue.

So, where is ATS... cyberspace? Virtuality? A server? The net? The web? The minds of those who visit it?

Oh, that's right, yeah. Because they've planted a ring in someone's mind, haven't they...

I'm rapidly approaching the conclusion that this isn't my forte at all.

Do we mean a physical location?
This announcement posted today: www.atsnn.com... mentions Texas. I wonder if that is our answer?

Do we mean growth?
ATS is 'at' 568,431 posts, a milestone amount for any community. Is this our answer? Perhaps not, since it changes so often.

Do we need to focus on health?
The mental health of our members?

The question could be answered so many ways, until you realize ATS is everywhere. It's served out of Texas, certainly, but it's even floating in the air thanks to WiFi. Why, one could even say that our digital signature is floating in space.

When you think that ATS is everywhere, you'll realize you've already been given the answer.

Some people know where William works in NYC, but that is unlikely to be a requirement.

Just making sure that everyone also understands that ATS is an acronym for Among The Spheres. Sometimes the obvious is missed.

am i wrong in thinking that ATS stands for Above Top Secret???

Still puzzled about where we are in this, does anyone have the newest text to put into deep.access???

(only new to this so if i pick up on some points already covered...sorry)

...blue...could be sky?? rings round planets?? spheres of colour, planets?? (do we hae any idea of specific colours??)
talk of three...Russian wedding rings are made up of three interlinked rings?? (bit off with that i think!!)
Spawn...could also be children, anyone checked what kilby's children (if any??) do??
