The thing is Iv learned during my time on this forum is that people tend to talk alot. On a forum it seems to be that they are somehow granted the commander with the speaker and everybody else must actually do the bidding for them. I tell ya right now that sitting behind a computer screen insisting or predicting some rebellion day in and day out will not add to action.

there are also some who post here that would just love
to throw a brick thru a window, or show up in DC and protest
but do not have the physical capabilities to do so. Some even sit
in wheelchairs or use crutches to get around and/or totally
disabled. Those folks rely solely on somebody else to do their
bidding for them. Sitting behind a screen and stating their
minds is the ONLY recourse those folks have. But they would
be in the fringe if they could. How else is their voice gonna
be heard??? Their mind still works even if their bodies do not.
So tread very lightly when even considering calling those type
folks cowards. For some, it was valor in war that put them in those
chairs.

I believe this is happening because it was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. The Dems just happen to be in power at the moment.

This is a lashout against oppression and tyranny, and the people are seriously getting fed up with it. Those that try to turn this into some kind of partisan thing I think are gravely mistaken. It may appear that way at the moment, but I don't really think it is. Incidents are just going to increase, and in a more general sense.

The rise of local militias, the states filing suits and sovereign legislation, the anarchist talk all over the place, incidents like the Joe Stack attack on the IRS, are all testament to this.

I predict one of these days a group of people is going to try and descend upon the federal government, armed with guns. And frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if it came from within the military itself. Because sending them to die under false pretenses gives them every damn reason. We've got madmen and criminals controlling the big red button.

Edit: and btw, Doc, thanks for telling like it is.

I don't agree. Simple logic dictates the military, which is a self-purposed tool of the government, will never turn on it's master unless something incredible happens that changes the minds of millions of people (in the military) to see the government for what it is.

Unless I'm mistaken, commanders are not politicians. They simply take orders.

Getting tired of all this crap about Republicans vs Democrats. It doesn't matter who is in power.

If your implication is that the great "Shadow Government" is behind every ill in the world, that's all well and good... I happen to agree. However, the puppets in our government are the moving targets between the citizenry and The Powers That Be.

Who ELSE are we supposed to assail with our discontent?

Of COURSE we should respond directly to the provocations offered by way of "Democrat & Republican" facade. I agree that the two-party system is a vaudeville routine, a distraction; but we have to respond to SOMETHING, wouldn't you agree?

In this case, TPTB are offering up the Dems as the sacrificial lambs, burned on a pyre that is fueled by the shredded U.S. Constitution.

Agreed, even if we're not getting at the original source of the problem, we're still fighting it with what we can against what we can.

Oh yeah? You keep kicking a dog long enough, and sooner or later it will bite. You keep killing military long enough for political agenda, and sooner or later they're going to kill you back.

It will probably happen after the next big false flag event, and when the federal government tries to institute martial law to take everyone's guns. They seriously try to take our guns, and it's over. Or rather, it begins.

So whats going to happen Doc? When your still sitting here expecting things to happen in afew months time what is that going to say about your time spent here? I'll get back to you on that one in time.

I'll tell you what I know... I've been writing and publishing my opinions in my own inimitable fashion since before the rise of the Internet. I composed, formatted, printed and mailed out hundreds of thousands of political action newsletters and magazines to a worldwide audience for many, many years; I've continued this activity on the Internet for over a decade now.

This sort of action works, and I know it works when I see people WAKING UP and OPPOSING their government — which is THE American Way. When you ever start seeing the American People in love with their government, it's time to MOVE OUT.

Our right and our DUTY is to hate our government and perpetually fight to keep the government subdued and BENEATH OUR FEET.

Any time the central government rises above the people and threatens to undermine the Constitution, it's time to CRUSH the government.

I'll tell you that by the end of this year, you're going to see politicians in Washington, DC, more frightened than they've ever been in your lifetime.

And for GOOD REASON.

It worked fine...just not for everyone.

Welcome to a republic...not everyone is heard..just the majority of the representitives.

No you mean welcome to the socialist democracy! In a free republic reps have no authority over health care or any other personal aspect of ones life. Where in the constitution does it mention democracy? Where does the constitution give legislators the right to decide on my health care? Nowhere. Democracy is repugnant to the constitution! responses like yours are testimony of how well the brainwashing away from our true history has permeated our society and culture. Democracy is evil it is mob rules and just a tool of oppression for the supposed majority to stifle any opposition.

These congressmen Dems and Pubs better research the meaning of "Don't Tread On Me"

Hmmmm, if I remember correctly these a**holes were overwhelmed with emails, phone calls, letters from their constituents saying VOTE NO, but that didn't seem to matter to them and they voted Yes anyway. So, they made their bed, guess they're gonna have to lie in it.

I'm as skeptical about this as I was about the racist remarks and spiting incident the day the bill was passed.

Heard that before the guy called Barney Frank a fag, Barney Frank told a group of protesters to F*** Off.

In fact, in the days before the laughable House vote, Washington phone lines were SO SWAMPED with dissenting voices that the Congressional switchboard was shut down, so that the Dems wouldn't have any negative distraction from the threats and bribes of their fellow party members.

Seriously, the age of Reagan is over. America is finally moving forward. Though, much like what we say with the conservatives in the deep south in the 50s and 60s there will be anger and even legal maneuvers to stop the progress. Even violence as those unwilling to accept change will try everyway to force the rest of the country to accept their views. Not unlike the terrorists in Iraq.

Yet, every act of violence by the opponents will only increase the support for the bill. As the opponents are more and more marginalized by their violence. As Americans have no love for vandals, thugs or terrorists. It really doesn't matter if they try to wrap violence in the American flag or states rights, it will still be looked down upon by the majority of Americans.

I also think the reason Obummer wanted this voted on PRONTO was because he didn't want Congress to go home and have to deal with their constituents before they voted.

Yep, pretty cowardly to just turn the phone off than answer it.

I'm not sure I believe these threats were made by "those violent right wingers" I think they may have been made by the same people that threatened the Repubs on a number of occasions.

Fox just played a voice message that Stupak got. The woman called him a steaming pile of *beep* and said "there are people that wish you ill." Interesting phrasing there - there are people - makes me wonder just who that call came from.

The politicians - both R & D - have lied so long about so many things, I don't believe much of anything any of them say.

So that is the new code words for the new fascism? The Reagan Era is over.

Jeez, I have seen that phrase thrown out a LOT lately.

I wonder, do you think it might have been Ellie Light making some phone calls helping out the president again?

Let me know what you think.

If the Democrat representatives are so upset about these threats then why did they vote for a bill that they knew 2/3rds of Americans were against? I mean duh, are they really that stupid?

Just a hint, I used that term and the mods called it political trolling, cost me 1000 points and 2 warnings. Apparently you can insult anyone but the Dems. Word play on Obamas name is the most hienous thing you can do on here now, followed by the name of his party, I'd go back and edit it before someone turns you in.

There probably aren't 2/3 of the people against healthcare, but I'm guessing at least half are. As for why the democrats are voting for it anyway:

1. If they don't, then Obama, Chief of Staff, Speaker of the House/Senate etc. can make their lives very difficult.

2. Maybe they support the bill and don't care about the people. Once they're elected to Senate, they can do whatever they want, the next 2 years. They can't be impeached because Democrats hold majority on Senate.

They should be afraid - VERY afraid! What they did was not only stupid, it was suicide - and not just the political variety either. You cannot continually violate the will of the electorate and expect pleasant results. For a decade now, this government has pissed all over us and tried to tell us it only rain. We know better, now we're pissed off about being pissed on!

If you guys wanted corruption out of politics...then you would only vote for candidates that guaranteed they wanted campaign finance reform.

You would demand that all corporate and union money be out of Washington...YET YOU DON'T.

Instead, you'd rather promote and pursue violence to justify what you believe is right in your own mind.

I'm not with you and never will be.

But go ahead....GROW SOME BALLS AND BACK UP YOUR WORDS. Most of you don't even know why you are mad...only that Glen Beck and Fox News is telling you to be mad.

So go ahead....DO IT.

Grow some sack and quick crying on about it on a message board trying to bait someone else into doing something stupid.

Do it yourself. Be the upstanding, VIOLENT individual you always wanted to be...after all...IT'S OK.

As Glen Beck keeps warning you...THE ENDS JUSTIFY THE MEANS...right??

Well doc good to see you...

To answer the legality part as a layman. The commerce clause authorized it and is backed by several Supreme Court Rulings and at least three amendments...

To answer your question I am going to have to just write the letter I guess. The reason is because there is a very slim process that must take place if the States want to win.

So far EVERYTHING done was 100% legal.. This is as a layman reading the constitution.

BUT, it does not mean that their are not remedies....

You live by legal technicalities you die by them...

What if I told you there was a legal way to screw the senate over and stop it...

I am going to go ahead and write the thread...

Not quite sure who you're talking about here... You mean the MAJORITY of Americans who definitely oppose the bill, or the handful of politicians in Washington who FORCED this unconstitutional piece of legislation down the throats of the American people against their will?

When you start talking about terrorists imposing their will on our nation, you must realize that Congressional Democrats ARE the terrorists who in no way represent the MAJORITY of the American People.

America didn't ask for this sort of "change"... And it's highly unlikely that Obama would have even been elected if he had admitted, during his campaign, that "Change" included forcing every American to purchase health care under penalty of law.

That, my liberal friend, is called UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Yes yes! They should have bended to the will of a loud and violent minority. Afterall, that is what America is all about, right? Not how many people want something, just how angry the few people get over it?
