You have to love [fringe] republicans.

"I'll kill you for this law!"

While at the same time claiming to be Pro Life.

Idiots.

*Edit to add "fringe" to republicans. I realize that not all republicans are idiots, just the fringe are.

Tea-party is full of crap. If the government cracks down on them for letting stupid people into their ranks. Too bad. That's what they get for making threats and trying to start a war they have virtually no chance of winning.

The changes are right on track. The next phase is to demonize, discredit and detain the opposer's.
Gotta weed out those who are not with the program.
Expect this to be in the news pretty regular until it starts to stick into peoples minds that the people who were against the bill are terrorists. They are already saying that the Tea Parties are basically stupid and racist.

Soon it will be us against them by design.

Its like getting stuck in quicksand. The more you fight and resist the more you sink. The best thing people can do is not be violent in any way. Use the system to fight back.

Im with you some what but the thing that got me worried (in my on mind) are copy cats. "If they are doing it so can I" and if there is a lot of this kind of rhetoric going around then you can kiss your freedom good bye.

It seems with media reporting it that they are intentionally trying to set people to start warfare against the government. This is a bait and switch. People are pissed off right now and the government knows it. What a great way to kick off more rights being stolen than to "activate" the people. Hell just skip stripping more rights, I am betting that martial law may be coming to fruition. I say if people are doing this then honestly I can't blame them. They have read the constitution, they are waking up. How much more can you reasonably expect them to take?

We have no idea who is doing this and why. You are completely assuming to know the truth and stating it as fact. This is the problem with many people they take personal truth and then put it forward as fact. It could very well be the TPTB doing it so they can gain moral ground.

Spokeo only works if you are already on myspace, facebook, twitter, etc.

But then once it gets it hooks in there...it fishes for a whole lot more information on you based on your public information and your friends public information. It's actually pretty creative technology.

Stating what as fact? That the republicans don't like this law, and that some fringe of republicans are now threatening the well being of democrat representatives?

Pssshhh... Come on man. It is clearly obvious that the people doing the threatening are conservatives. And what "personal truth" am I pushing forward exactly here? That republicans are pissed off? Seriously? Really? Are you kidding me?

Have you seen the forums here over the past say or two? Have you not seen the overwhelming uproar from the republicans here? Is it really hard to believe that one of them could actually carry out a threat?

Dude, Obvious is clearly obvious.

Yeah, who was it that was arrested for destroying that Democratic Office during the election cycle?

Our government has investigated and researched every scenario. If they have a motive behind it, you can be assured it is them, that is doing it. Either that or another Dem operative at it AGAIN!

The DNC hq in CO was thought to have the shattered window by means of conservatives. Turns out it was a democratic operative. That guy is telling the truth. Innocent until proven guilty. Wouldn't surprise me if it was a republican but come on we have no idea who it is.

The Tea Party is not an organized party. It doesn't "let" anyone in. It doesn't have a clear leader, but it is very clear that Palin and Beck and FAUXNEWS do not speak on its behalf! It has no loyalty to the Republican party, but the Republican party is panically gripping onto it and slowly drowning it.

The Tea party is most certainly not full of crap, but everything you read about it is crap! Please go see for yourself. Find where you local 4-15-10 Tax Day protest will be held and show up there and check it out for yourself. Do not watch the news or believe what you read. All of that stuff is "Made for TV" hype and just about as real as "Big Brother" or "Survivor" is real!

If you can assume it is the government that is behind it, then I can assume that a republican fringe is behind it. Tit for tat.

I hate it when those with issues makes threats to those in government and moreover, I hate to see acts of violence taken against inanimate objects that serve no real purpose except to tick people off and give the federal government the excuse to crack down where no crack down is needed.

Blowing up a house with some propane gas and or throwing bricks into someones windows is the not real threat. While these individuals are indeed criminal, they are not the citizen to be truly afraid of. On the other hand anyone of a different mind set already knows that only select political individuals are the targets and those individuals are best gotten to by not barking like a crazy dog and giving your intentions away should you ever get off the leash and have an opportunity to bite the target.

The real threat to elected officials are those that fixate on someone who is part of the problem and somehow feel as if they can get to that one individual better than anyone else could. What ever reasons motivates this type I can assure you the real dangerous types are not going to be yelling slurs, making loud threats, throwing bricks or even being seen doing anything at all.

The real dangerous threats will make no threats and will act on that basis. As such they can hide better and can deceive their target until it's too late to do anything about it. Such types are more prone to taking care of business in an old fashion manner. Quietly and efficiently beats loud and stupid any day.

Everything I have seen so far that is being called violence and threats are far from any real serious threats. They may be threats, but they are not the threats that I feel will eventually locate them, and drag them to a nearby pole or tree. When they do all the noise and screaming will be coming from the victim and not the so called angry American.

Time will tell, but don't confuse idiotic acts of anger with real threats whereby the target does not live to talk about it. These type of zealots that we are reading about today are not anything but angry Americans. Should the day ever come that they meet a real threat intent on getting them, I can just bet, they wont be yelling and making threats. They will be moving and doing and that alone makes the big difference between media hype and reality.

Thanks for the posting.

I am not especially against the health care bill. I am just amazed at the way
it was passed. It was passed without consideration of what the
MAJORITY of people here in the US want. And then to pass a bill that
no one has fully read or understands, is beyond comprehension. I just
hope all of the people in washington who are running this camel and
donkey show end up on the same exact health care coverage. Then we
need to get these congressmen on the same Social Security program that
the rest of us are trying to survive on.

Just a dream come true for them. They were talking about this back in the 80s when I was in school. The Progressives-Democratic socialism. Take control of the party and act like representatives, turn us into a socialist state by legeslation.

So when does the common man decide that enough is enough and take it to the next level?
Voting the lesser of two evils doesn't work. Town hall meetings don't work. Protesting doesn't work. So what's next?
If we sit back and hope that the democracy will bring winds of change, they'll have us bent over the stump at will.
If we react violently, they step in with martial law, and have us bent over the stump at will.
WTF is the answer???

It's too bad my reply is going to be buried so deep on this thread that no one will read it but here it goes...

The Tea Party is the only organized public support for the Audit the Fed bill that Ron Paul is trying to get passed.

There is no way the Federal Reserve is going to allow this and they, through whichever intelligence agency they've decided to use, are smearing the Tea Party with the use of agent provocateur and the media.

Last week I notice something interesting. Our local Congresscritter was on television and radio stating that he was undecided on which way to vote on the healthcare bill. The local Tea Party group and others held a rally outside the Congresscritter's office. The local union contingent held their's at his house, with his wife and children inside. Nothing like a good old fashioned implied threat.

I thought it was amusing to see the guys targeted to call to everyone in the house and senate to condemn violence against "elected members". They can smear the constitution while we on the other hand need to act like good sheeple and vote them out if we are mad at them. Turns out that they have rules of conduct that can be broken (oath that they take) and we all just need to sit idly by. I hate the thought of violence but as I stated people can only take so much.

Now, just for the sake of arguement........... how would a person go about cutting a gas line? I know how I'd do it..... I'd use a tubing cutting, as that would be less likely to produce sparking. If I wanted to created a hazardous situation, then the gas line could be put back in place, such that it appeared to be connected, but not.

This is particularly interesting to me as I was moving our propane tank just this very morning, so I could pour a pad for two tanks to rest on. My connections are all flared fittings, but one of the flares sheared and I could hear the hiss of gas, and of course, shut it off, poured the pad and other concrete work I'd lined up for today, and then just about an hour ago, I reflared the 3/8" copper tubing, screwed on the fitting and tested same with soapy water.

Now riddle me this............ why would someone sneak into a secured area, cut a gas grill line, and leave it that it could be discovered? Even if it were not discovered, the small "B" or "C" tanks that are used with gas grills would run out fairly quickly, not to mention that Xylene group aromatics are put in propane (and natural gas) such that they have an odor, so we can SMELL when there is a leak.

This really stinks, and not in the propane way. More like fish.

Edit to add: I don't approve of this kind of malicious damage, regardless of the "cause". If it WAS done by a person specifically because they don't agree with the health care bill (insurance bill), then they are probably disturbed and have issues. Just seems to me a trifling thing for anyone to do, unless it was done by someone in order to infer that they themselves were being threatened.

the FACT is, right now we, nor the media, know who did this.

Edit to add again: What dumbass doesn't turn off their gas grill after use? Okay, I'm done now. Promise.
