Government steals more capital and wealth from the people then anyone yet liberals and progressives think the Government is almighty.

The liberals and progressives want the government to control every aspect of our lives because to them government knows best.

Isn't government knowing best an anti American sentiment?

Obama said in a 2001 interview that the Constitution was fundamentally flawed because it restrains government and it doesn't talk about the redistribution of wealth.

The Founders restrained and tied the hands of government because they didn't want one man or a government dictating to people how to live their lives.

There will always be a split between those who trust themselves to manage their lives and those who want and trust a big government to manage their lives.

They steal the taxes they get for Medicare and S.S. and replace it with I.O.U.'s and this is why both programs are in trouble. They are pyramid schemes.

They have us in over 14 trillion dollars in debt, 100 trillion in unfunded liabilities and they borrow, waste and spend constantly.

I hear these liberals complaining about Capitalism yet many of them are rich because of capitalism. They want the slaves to live in a socialist country while they still bask in the freedom of Capitalism.

None of the things they pass in Congress will apply to them. They will always make sure they have loopholes that exclude them.

When you live in freedom and liberty there will always be an imbalance because some people will work hard and build a business while others will party their life away. This is freedom.

What the liberals and progressives want is to try to stop this imbalance through redistribution of wealth and an almighty government. What they don't see is this way of thinking is truly anti -liberty and anti-freedom.

In a free society your going to have people who don't take care of themselves and people who don't make it. If you try to regulate society to fix this imbalance that comes with a free society you will eventually have a slave nation instead of a free nation.

I am sorry to burst the bubble of conservative vs liberal here but is not such thing as one evil vs the other when it comes to political parties, both of our elite parties does the same thing regardless of what you consider Conservatives ideologies or liberal ones the line was crossed between both parties long ago when they sold their souls and the people to corporate interest.

Because they don't understand that the Fed and the Congress are what enable the looting.

They think the criminal bankers and businessmen somehow create monopolies out of nothing.

They think free markets eventually lead to monopolies.

They think government actually has money of its own.

They are misguided.

You may want to ask why do Conservatives hate Government and love capitalism?

I used to consider myself right of center, but I have a hard time getting behind the party of Palin and the Tea Baggers. I believe, as a result of taking economics in college, that free markets often allocate resources efficiently but do not always allocate resources efficiently. When the free market fails, government is the only entity that can fill the gap.

Is this to say government is perfect? Absolutely not. However, we are better off having an imperfect government fill the gaps the free market cannot fill rather than allowing the gaps to go unfilled.

Well you ask a question and then proceed to answer it in spades-

I suspect you just need a rant which is cool

I have always wanted to ask

"Why do conservatives hate regulatory laws and love corporations???"

Anyhow I don't have the energy to rant - but I think you have answered your own
pondering as far as you care to understand.

Why do conservatives hate Socialism and love Selfishness?

It's the same exact question.

It should be evident to you by now that the same people control both the Republicans and the Democrats or Left and Right.

Their "platforms" (agendas) are set by the same people behind the scenes, and the truly critical issues are ignored or suppressed. The same Cabal controls the major media and information outlets, and has administrative control of the public education system.

It's a carefully managed stage production and the public isn't shown anything beyond the curtain.

Exactly the same as the "Capitalist" versus "Communist" nations. They are all under the same financial umbrella. The Cold War was just a chess game with the same Cabal controlling both sides of the board. The goal is a worldwide dictatorship run by the International Financial Elite. The ultimate monopoly. They have been playing people against one another all along.

Can't stand big government for a lot of the same reasons as conservatives

Can't stand free market and/or modern day market capitlism both are faulty and will bring about a singularity same as big government.

Our problem now is we have both working towards the same goal of global exploitation in unison. I don't understand why most conservatives don't see that.

It's quite simple in my case, I believe in representative governments that are for any by the people over corporations with profit motive.

Unchecked capitalism does lead to monopolies and worse, corporate control. The proof is in history, look at the Victorian Period in the United States, Canada and Great Britain. The standards of living were horrible, child labor was rampant and safety standards were nil.

One of the functions of government is to regulate and limit corporate power. Capitalism is needed, but without the limitations placed upon it by government, it will prey upon the people. All games need rules, especially economic ones.

I just went through a decade and watched the guy I voted for (GWB) completely destroy any capitalism and free market through the bail outs. I ain't gonna even start with the current administration. Conservatives will tell you that liberals hate capitalism. I am pretty sure that they are no friends to it either. Best to get outta that trap that you're in.

Most of the people I've encountered who despise capitalism either cannot make it work to their advantage and/or suffer from wealth envy/hatred. Most often it comes from the young and/or low wage earners.

Yes Capitalism is faulty because there's no such thing as a perfect system.

This is the problem. I think people look for government to make things perfect through redistribution of wealth and an almighty government.

In a free society your going to have an imbalance.

Some will be Mark Cuban or Michael Dell.

Some will be in the middle class with a family income of $150,0000 a year.

Some will make horrible decisions and end up in poverty.

It's not governments job to try and create a utopia by trying to fix these things through redistribution of wealth and an almighty government.

The people can fix many of these things through charities and outreach programs.

Government doesn't say we are going to spend a billion to fix this problem. They say we need a billion to fix the problem plus another billion for special deals and pet projects and then you get a massive government and massive debt.

Government can't fix the imbalance in a free society if they do we will no longer live in freedom.

I've never met a selfless socialist. Indeed, I've never met a selfless person in my life, let alone a selfless socialist.

Liberals hate capitalism because they are in fact losers who cannot fend for themselves and need government to take care of them because they are irresponsible morons who would gladly sacrifice the freedoms and money of other people because they have a serious case of wallet envy.

The idea of supporting themselves scares most leftists so much they collectively wet themselves and think " Well that rich guy has plenty of money, government should take some from him and give it to me".

I don't see your point. Or, rather, I see your point, but it's hugely faulty. Selflessness is only the opposite of selfishness. But there's a loooot in between. No one is one or the other; but most people prefer one to the other. Socialists tend to prefer selflessness, and strive to be as close to that paradigm as they can be. It's a lot easier to be purely selfish than purely selfless, but have you ever met someone who's purely selfish? Who never, ever does something which doesn't benefit them but does benefit someone else?

Capitalism eliminates imbalances.

Capitalism creates competition which prevents monopolies from forming and keeps executive salaries down.

Capitalism punishes those who commit fraud by bankrupting their companies.

Capitalism punishes those who are inefficient and wasteful.

Question to the socialists:

Where do you think Goldman Sachs would be today without the Fed?

Where do you think Citi and Bank of America would be today without the Fed?

What do you think the cost for medical care would be today with no Medicare or Medicaid?

What do you think the cost of tuition would be today without federal loans?

What do you think GE and McDonald Douglas would be today without the Pentagon?

What do you think Wall Street in general would be today without the Fed and the Congress?

Wake up sheeple.

Go to hell. Some anti-capitalists feel that way. But some anti-capitalists are in fact hugely successful, and who want to help the people who can't fend for themselves.

Exactly and Obama and the liberals try to play on this class envy.

To liberals, people don't make it because they try hard and build a business. People make it because they are greedy and crooked and these politicians are the ones that are greedy and crooked.

In a free society there's going to be an imbalance and massive government and massive debt cannot create a utopia.

If they truly wanted to help people, they would just do it instead of advocating government to implement a naitonal policy to do so.

Big government is the enemy of freedom, something people like you take for granted.

I'll save you a seat monkey.

Do you have any substantiation for this statement other than intensely partisan hate-the-liberals talking-points from conservative entertainers?

Obama said in a 2001 interview that the Constitution was fundamentally flawed because it restrains government and it doesn't talk about the redistribution of wealth.

No he didn't, and your parroting untruths from those conservative entertainers.

He said there was a "blind spot" that reflected the fundamental flaws that existed within the society at the time it was authored.

They have us in over 14 trillion dollars in debt, 100 trillion in unfunded liabilities and they borrow, waste and spend constantly.

This statement would be accurate if the "they" you opened with was intended to indicate "the government" which has never been traditionally "liberal" or traditionally "conservative" for several decades, if not ever.

I hear these liberals complaining about Capitalism yet many of them are rich because of capitalism.

Really? Do you have some examples to share?

What the liberals and progressives want is to try to stop this imbalance through redistribution of wealth and an almighty government. What they don't see is this way of thinking is truly anti -liberty and anti-freedom.

This reads like another inaccurate or blatantly false talking point from conservative entertainers. Do you have any actual substantiation based on the published platform strategies of the Democratic party?

I'm certainly not a "fan" of "liberalism," but I insist on the truth when discussing the ideological dogma of political parties.
