Why arent the states making criminal charges against the culprits behind the heathcare bill if it violates the constitution? Why sue? Why can there be no criminal charges? The states and the federal government are in cahoots it looks like. Therefore does the country look pathetic and weak.

Why make it a civil matter and not a criminal matter?

The whole God damn country looks weak when its states seek money rather than criminal convictions!
