How to get rid of Warning sign?

Few days ago, I made small error by naming US President with nickname in one of my postings - Done it several times in past... But this time it was forbidden by site regulations, which was totally new to me. So I get this warning.

After that small this red warning is in my avatar... I confess my error, but what then? How long I have to suffer from it in every posting I make, or is there something I can do to erase that warning?

Where I can do my confession and say I am sorry?

You also could've added another red tag by deleting what a mod posted....
