HR 3590, the patient protection and affordable care act, is in fact on the internet. Everything in that bill is now law...yes, yes, some of it just isn't implemented yet.

What you're talking about is the 'fixed' bill that's going to be voted on tomorrow, HR 4872, the reconcilliation act of 2010. That particular bill will change parts of HR 3590, which parts no one's quite sure on yet.

I'd like to say here and now that I did not read the link to FDL because it's blocked on my network, any information regarding what I've just posted may be addressed in your link, I just don't know it.

Edit: It's already been voted on and is awaiting the president's signature.
