That's very interesting. The object looks very much like the Sydney one and the photo was also shot from inside the car.

Check out UFO Camera Gold, an application for the iPhone. It even has its own Flickr group. I bet you could play around with the controls and make something like the Sydney UFO.

This thread has gone the way of the dodo bird with all this buckshot and smart remarks floating around.

The Dodo's were abducted too? Oh they were stupid birds, they had it coming!

Claims: It happened "within a few seconds". She was out of the car.

The two photos are taken from two different locations as can be seen by the bright sunlight shining through the clouds. Notice in the "far" shot, the bright spot is in the middle of the large tree. In the "near" shot it is to the upper left of the tree. The near shot is taken further up the road than the far shot. She seems to have covered a pretty good distance in a "few seconds", on foot.

It's dirt on the windscreen.

Your such a piece of work it's hilarious! Is it that hard to believe she took two different photos from two different locations on the road, and expressed it happened in a relatively short time period after the incident.. Yeah she might have said it occurred in two seconds but, was talking figuratively and not literally.

But, none the less, your a troll that shuns everything ufo/ alien related, when you have no idea if this is real or not. PS what is a windscreen?

I think its another great UFO sighting, who knows what the object is. All we know is that it's something unusual.

Okey dokies, done a very quick and rough comparison of a couple of pictures. it struck me that, the photo of the lady would have been taken by the Journalist at the spot she claimed to have taken the pictures.

So i copied both pictures and then lined them up, roughly, i admit, to see if they could be correlated at all to back up Ms Hartigan's claims of where and how she took the pictures..

Here is the fist comparison..

And the second one..

.img.villagephotos.com...

I would suggest, someone who uses photographic software, do the same and lay one over the other as a transparency for people to study here. Me music software is my specialist area, just used basic irfan and print screeen.

I'd say, tentatively. it's Ms Hartigan 1, debunkers 0 so far...and that, the pictures were taken where she claimed they were and where she was photographed by the journalist.

Wow.
And, so what?

Want to really know where she was when she was sitting in her car taking the pictures?
Streetlight

I'd say right about on the shoulder where the black car is, judging by the location of the streetlight on the right and the trees on the left.

This is just getting tiresome.
Give it a rest guys. Bunch of stubborn people bickering.
Enjoy the story and pics. Make of what you will. Why waste
energy trying to convince someone else what you think
is scientific fact, common sense or possibilities. Get over
yourselves.

.

Its called using logical deduction Phage, and working with the evidence you have to hand. Not idly speculating based on one's own prejudices and looking for the result you want to find. You should try it sometimes, it's how science works.

Even given the picture of Ms Hartigan was taken using a portrait mode and her pics seem to be taken in panoramic mode, so there will be a slight difference in the depth of filed. It shows that she was , probably, you' will note that word probably, telling the truth about where the pictures were taken. That the trees lie up perfectly and so does the *dip and short horizon, tells me the witness was telling the truth about where the pcis were taken. it also , pretty much dismisses the idea it was taken through a car window, unless of course you are claiming the photographer took Ms Hartigan's picture through a car window them self, as they are in on the scam.

it doesn't address the object itself. it merely seems to i will repeat that for the hard of understanding, seems to, confirm her story of how the pictures were taken..

Who is arguing about the where the pictures were taken (other than inside/outside her car)? It was established several pages back. Did you look at the street view link? That's the exact spot on Governor Macquarie Drive.

As I said, so what?

I downloaded 2 of these iphone apps, UFO Camera Gold and "Camera UFO" to try and replicate the image she posted, im afraid UFO Camera Gold doesnt provide enough functions to be able to re-create that "UFO". The UFOs in that app are blatantly FAKE..

Camera UFO, however.. I was able to get close but still couldnt reproduce it.

Saying that, I do agree that the UFO is just something on the windscreen.

Cheers..

I was reading in one of the papers that there were also reports in Gloster, about 250k's from Sydney, this same day.

Looks like more witness are comming forward regarding this UFO/MUD on Windscreen incident

Lets see if anything more comes from this other alleged witness.

Another Sydney Witness comes forward

I did try and mention this previously but no further information has come of it.
Do you remember which paper you saw that another sighting took place?

Maybe other people saw a UFO/Mud on a windscreen?

If other people can come forward and describe what they supposedly saw we may be able to get some corroborating evidence.

If not the argument of the Street Light/Sun - UFO/Mud on Windscreen saga continues.

Oh and I think you may have meant Gloucester NSW?

Edit:
I just re-checked the article I linked and it is the same sighting you mentioned in Gloucester NSW, its a shame she didn't get a photo of the sighting.

Just found this article claiming a woman in Sydney saw a UFO and actually had the chance to take 2 snap shots using her Mobile phone.

Hopefully some ATS members in here can study these in the hopes that they may be genuine.

If this really is you, then Hello thanks for stopping by.

Just a few quick questions:

Which photo did you supply to the media first? Did it have the 2 orbs on the top right hand corner, or did you send the photo with just the black UFO?

Just wondering as to why the first released photos where cropped and did not show the 2 orbs initially?

Did you happen to catch a glimpse of the person that drove past directly under the UFO as you took the photograph? It would be great to locate them as a witness and ask if they also saw anything from the side windows?

Is the light coming through the trees to the right sunlight through the branches or a Street light as some other people have claimed?
