The information you have posted is disinformation. It was likely designed and circulated in order to make all who oppose the bill as sensationalist.
It is easily debunked and therefore hurts the credibility of all who have legitimate concerns regarding this legislation.

For example, here is what your "summary" states for page 59.
Here is what page 59 lines 21 -24 actually says:
