What about harassment, bullying, intimidation, unfair hiring, firing and working practices...the myriad of offenses committed by bad bosses. Rules of
engagement are set...who polices them? You don't like it, you can quit?
I would humbly suggest that it is employers with an attitude such as yours that invite certification drive by their actions, and whine about the
consequences. A progressive and fair employer does not get unionized.
